Rob L is a phenomenal sales rep. Couldn’t be happier. Made me feel comfortable and confident on the purchase. Not pushy or rude. Gave my wife and I plenty of time to discuss the purchase in private. And the whole staff was welcoming with our 4 yo son being there. Absolutely wonderful staff!

I had such a pleasant experience with Donald Morgan the financial advisor and Tyler Dawson who helped me purchase my Volvo XC40 back in April 2025. I'm stationed in Los Angeles, and had recently come from overseas. So, banking was as complicated as it could be. They both made the process easy as possible and truly made me feel like family. If I need to buy a car again before the end of my tour in LA, I will be back!

If there was the option to do less than one star that is what I would choose. Earlier this week I visited the dealership to purchase a used car that I had already spoken to Bilal regarding, he said he would not be there upon my arrival that Brian would be. When I arrived Brian introduced me to a woman that would be helping me, when she shook my and my husband’s hand she rubbed her hand afterwards, being a brown person I would say that’s bit racist. She also insisted she has to sit in the front him we test drove the car which is not awful but weird. She also kept locking the car anytime she walked away. At the end be I didn’t buy the car “over tank of gas” which I look at they didn’t sell a car “over thank of gas”

Bryan and Ruben helped me get my RS5. Took very good care of me. The only thing i wish is instead of a 1/2 tank i get a full tank. Other than that everything else was great!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Audi Long Beach! I recently purchased my very first Audi, a beautiful Q3 in the stunning Navarra blue color, and the entire team made the process seamless and stress-free.
I want to give a special shoutout to Bilal, Aram, and Chris. From the moment I first contacted them about the car, they were fantastic. They reserved the vehicle for me, sent me detailed photos and videos, and had everything ready to go when I arrived.
The service was top-notch. After my test drive, they patiently walked me through all the features and specs of my new Q3, answering every question I had. They were incredibly professional and efficient throughout the whole purchase process. They even helped me take pictures with my new car and ensured every little detail was perfect before I drove off the lot.
I couldn't be happier with my new car or the dealership experience. I highly recommend the Audi Long Beach team to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

I ordered an Audi Q8, and once it arrived, the dealership attempted to sell the same vehicle to an acquaintance of ours for a higher amount all the while telling me my ordered car was delayed. The car was later found hidden behind the dealership. This seriously damaged my trust in this Audi dealership.
To make matters worse, when we did get our Q8 the vehicle was missing the blackout package that I had ordered & paid for. The sales manager, Agnes, offered to powder coat the grill black and provide warranty coverage for the life of the vehicle under our ownership. The grill has since started chipping, something we did not expect. When we contacted Audi, the best they could offer was to spray it again. We now live out of state, an eight to nine hour drive each way, so this is not feasible. We asked Audi Long Beach, if our local Audi dealer in Reno could perform the warranty work and they refused.
We are extremely disappointed, especially given our long history of purchasing high end vehicles from this dealership, including a recent Toyota TRD Pro last year. Zero customer loyalty and service.

I recently had my maintenance service done at Audi Long Beach, and once again, the experience was excellent.
My service advisor, Eduardo Nunez, has helped me before, and just like last time, he provided friendly, detailed, and thoughtful guidance throughout the entire process. His clear explanations and frequent updates on my car’s status make me feel confident every time I bring my car in.
Another thing I really appreciate about this location is the quality of their loaner cars.
At other dealerships, I’ve occasionally received loaners that were not very clean or felt poorly maintained. But at Audi Long Beach, the loaner vehicles are always spotless, well-maintained, and feel almost like new — which makes the whole service experience even better.
Thanks to the exceptional customer care and professionalism here, I always leave satisfied and look forward to my next visit.
I truly appreciate the great service and hope to work with Eduardo again next time!

Service advisorJuan Ibara saved me thousands of dollars of potential repair costs. I had previously went to a euro car repair shop and got an estimate on the dashboard computer screen going black and the language changing from English to some other language. They recommend I replace the monitor they estimated would cost $1500 new and then cost another $750 to install and reprogram.
Juan got in the driver seat and with a few coordinated presses on the console buttons the change language screen came up and he selected English. He then turned the ignition off and got out of the car and locked it and waited about a minute and open the door, got in and powered the ignition and the screen went back to normal. He then asked if he could do anything else and I had this sloshing sound in the passenger rear door that I had for some time and he quickly remedied with just pulling down on the bottom seal and the water rushed out. I will probably have to find where the leak is but I know now how to deal with that problem in the future.
Juan was cool and professional and handed my keys back to me. Thank you Audi Long Beach and kudos to Juan Ibarra!
