This place has very poor customer service. I came in today actually ready to buy a car via 100% cash wire, as my deposit came through. When I first get there, I walk around the lot and not one person helps me. I don't actually even see a salesperson. I walk inside to see if I could get some help, and nope not one person walked up to me and said anything. I finally had one of their non-sales team members grab a salesman for me. The salesman just seemed like he didn't even want to be bothered. When he asked me when I would like to buy a car, I told him later (only because I was internally pissed already). He didn't even show me the cars that i wanted to look at. He didn't even open one of them and had me look at the car from the outside. I felt kind of discriminated and will have to look at another dealership.

What keeps me coming back to Long Beach Audi is Lalo, the service manger, who goes above and beyond for the customer. Long Beach Audi is very lucky to have him working for them.

I was traveling for Thanksgiving and my car started starting up weakly. In a panic, I called Audi Long Beach and they were able to take my car in that day and provide a loaner. The diagnosis was clear and the repair was fast. I was impressed by their ability to take the car in immediately and help me out, by the friendly staff, clean facilities, and the whole experience. I thank them for making the repair process go perfectly. Excellent work by everyone!

I love my Audi. My next car will be an Audi. Not only do I love the car but I love their service. I researched for about one year to buy a car after six mustangs. Funny how customer service can sour you or make you a fan. On Ford I was sour. On Audi I was sweet.Today I met Jorge Serrano. The service manager also greeted me when I got there. I felt the Audi family love right then and there. I have been going there for six years and without fail, me and my car are treated like we were their only customers. I wasn't sure if things were gonna change since Fletcher-Jones took over. Thank goodness the service team is intact. I hope the dealership knows how important their service and maintenance department is to keep customers coming back. A big thank you to the team today, Jorge Serrano, Juan and service manager Eduardo (Lalo). You make me happy and they should give you a portion of the sale when I go in to buy a new Audi.

I had a very positive experience at Audi Long Beach with Robert Lozano.He went out of his way to assist connecting the WiFi to my vehicle.His willingness, good humor and technical expertise was especially appreciated as I had been trying for FOUR to have Audi Concord set it up as I purchased the car there.

The telephone answering service is unbelievably bad. Not sure if it’s in India or Timbuktu (the phone says Whittier) but if you try to get a hold of someone you end up in a disastrous loop. They need to have a receptionist in the dealership. The people who answer the phone have no idea what goes on in the dealership. Then the people in the dealership blame the shared service operators. Ping-pong blame game.

As you can see from my hundred plus reviews I do not leave anything less than five stars. EVER. However, in this case, I feel like it's my obligation to let the community know what an absolute joke this dealership is. Every single time I've ever had an issue, they come up with an excuse as to why they can't help me with it. Without fail, it is always some BS with these people. I know it says that they're owned by Fletcher jones, but if you're looking for Fletcher Jones treatment, do not come here. Go to Costa Mesa The same things that they tell me they can't do here Fletcher Jones, Costa Mesa does without hesitation. All these people care about is money. We had a great purchasing experience at Audi Long Beach. Jesus, the sales person, was quick to help when we arrived and very welcoming.Stefan in Finance also did a great job. he was very informative with the additional options available. We never felt any pressure from the team while at the dealership.Coming from the Palm Springs area, we were glad we made the long trip to Long Beach for our purchase. Audi of Long Beach will be our first place to shop from now on for any future Audi purchases.

I brought my Audi Q4 Etron because the charging wire had a burnt prong. I didnt know charging wires could do this and upon google research I noticed alot of Q4 Etron owners had these issues and they were sent home with no fix and they had to buy a new charging wire.Well this Audi in Long Beach proved me wrong, they waived my annual inspection, fixed a re-call and gave myself a new brand charging wire. On top of all that gave me a loaner car. They went above and beyond to help fix my issues. A big thank you to Eduardo Nunez and Charles the service advisor for taking care of me. I will be definitely coming back.

Long Story short, sold all my Mercedes SUV's and switched to EV's. One of them is my 2019 Audi E-tron.Needed an Inspection.The Appointment was easily filled online, Service Dept. confirmed.I am there, on Time, and (coming from Mercedes, always expect top notch Customer Service).I was not disappointed.Service manager Charles Alatorre handled everything with the upmost professionalism, explaining what will be done.He offered me a Loaner but I did just ask for a Ride Home, got more Cars there. A very cool Driver took me home, we had a good Talk.They kept me posted via Text, and the Mechanic actually sent me a link with a Report, explaining what was done to the Car. Including a Walk-around Video! Wow!Finally, a Text comes in stating that they will deliver the Car to my House in the Afternoon. How cool is that? (Are you listening, Mercedes?)Obviously, the Dealership is spotless, everyone is very friendly, they really have this thing down. Car was ready, washed, spotless delivered to my Home as promised.I would give 10 Stars if I could.

On 05/31/2023 I took my 2017 Audi A8 L to completed a recall at this dealership, and let me tell you!! first time on my life I had a process that smooth. Jorge was the person who took care my car and he followed up with me until the end of my vehicle repairs. The ladies that work at the front desk where amazing. The entire dealership treat you as a family. If it was a possible to give it 10 stars to this dealership I will give it to them when my eyes close. All the personnel that work at Audi Of Long Beach are amazing. I really highly recommend it this dealership Audi of Long Beach.
