Hey! Great with young ladies and 1st time to pay credit card (won't take cash get money order at post office close by) so enjoyable place super clean and PO better than main PO. Had to switch to paper check due to ID theft of social security #.EDD LEVY account due to paying fraud person and after me for $7,303 Ykies! Finally reverse back fund$ still waiting for Calif tax Refund!?.Hey! B Alert!

Citibank located here on Ocean Boulevard by the towers city towers one world trade center this Citibank is the only Citibank located in the downtown area seems like has ATM well lit area very good visual it's close to the freeway plenty of parking in the back parking in the front is limited but ATMs will lead to good bake to go to well I guess is the only Citibank in the area that I know of I couldn't find any other Citibank locations in the downtown area of the city of Long Beach

We parked at the outside gated lot and the bank is hard to find from there. You have to walk around the building past 24 hour fitness until you get to the double doors. It's still confusing from there but at least there are two desk guys who can (somewhat) direct you at that point, lol. It's a new shopping center so I hope they make it easier to find in the future. Also the bank's "system" was down so there were tellers at all available inside and you could only deposit money into the ATMs (I had some trouble depositing there too, though, as I was getting a system error at first). This was on a weekday around mid-day. The bankers that I talked to were nice though, and one of them validated our parking ticket. There's definitely lots of room for improvement here.

Terrible! My disabled girlfriend went to open an account so she can get money to pay her rent and the place was empty and they were ignoring her. They told her at around 10am they were in a meeting for 30 more minutes. So she waited and they continued to ignore her. At 11:42 I called and the woman was rude and told me that the New Accounts employee was "On the Other Line With A Client" (Mind you, my girlfriend is physically there and can see that is not true). I ended up hanging up and calling back to which my calls were first sent directly to the call center, then the next call rang and rang before going to Call Center. The call after that went to the Call Center and the final one, someone picked up the phone, I heard someone make a noise and then push the phone buttons and then BACK to the Call Center.

I needed some of my bank statements of year 2011 for a very important legal purpose so I called the citibank 1-800 number ,they advised me to go to the branch and get the papers since only the branch is the one having access to those papers .I went to Citibank located at World Trade Center in Long Beach and requested the copies of those papers.They were not helpful at all . The lady cashier gave me a hard time even to validate my parking ticket for the 10 minutes I stayed there ,made me wait and run for it , one of the employees got my information to process my papers but following day he called and said he wasn't able to do the job because they don't have access to the documents .
