Citibank's customer service is awful.you are calling people outside of the United States who spend more time verifying who you are than helping you, they constantly forward you to other departments who are unwilling to help, and when you complain and ask for an id number they choose not to disclose it. They don't care !!!!

We had $100 bills, which merchants seem unwilling to accept. Citibank were helpful and exchanged our cash for other denominations. Excellent service too.
