Was able to schedule a last minute haircut on the app before taking a cruise out of the Long Beach port. The Barber was friendly, conversational and did an excellent job making me look good for my anniversary. It was a good experience!

This is yesi's work . Hair color and haircuts Hair color is great but does require the proper products to maintain at home. I wouldn't recommend going in a pool, pools have chlorine . That's not good for hair ever , lol even if you don't have color. If you want platinum and you have dark hair or previous color , it's gonna be a process . If you have dark hair and want a caramel balyage or highlights it's gonna be subtle , it won't pop unless you go lighter . For further info , come in for a consultation

Cliffnotes... Spent $550 on color treatment Color fell out within a week They wanted to charge me to reapply In total, I spent over $800 there (including tip) for both me and my daughters hair services, only to be met with the worst customer service (Ceaser and management) one can image for spending that much money. Took my daughter to get her hair colored, which in it of itself took 8 hours. Jessie bleached and bleached and bleached and bleached.....(9 bowls) her hair which according to her, that's what it took. Ok, fine. I'm not the professional. So finally my daughters hair was ready for color, and it turned out AMAZING. Beautiful pinky red color. She did an excellent job. My daughter was headed on vacation and would be swimming in a pool, so I asked Jessie if the color would be safe. Her concern was the current very fragile state of her hair after all the bleaching. She advised her to keep it tied back/braided, use detangling spray, and apply multiple hair masks to get it healthy again. Ok, so that's was she did. But unfortunately as soon as my daughter took a dip in the pool a couple days later, most of the color fell out, the rest fading out very quickly over the next few days. My daughter was left with just her very damaged, bleached hair. I called to see about getting the color put back in. This is when the trouble starts. Management wanted to charge us! Even though I had just spent over $800. I could only communicate to them through Jessie so it was several calls back and forth. Eventually she never called back. There's no direct number or email listed on their website . So I call one morning to find the best way to reach them and Ceaser picks up the phone. He was completely uncooperative, rude, and even "huffed" and hung up on me. When I called back a few min later to get his name, he had changed his tune and was more inclined to help by telling me the manager will be in on Thursday (3 days later) if I wanted to speak with him. I'm a business owner myself and I would be appalled if one of my staff spoke to a customers the way Ceasar did. And I would have ate the cost of re toning a customers hair if this situation had happened. Its pennies for them! But instead they wanted to charge me. Jessie mentioned nothing about the color falling out or my daughter would have never stepped foot into the water. Her advise was all about the fragile state and further damage that could result in combing out her hair after the chlorine touched it. I wish this hadn't of happened. I was excited about this place and Jessie, but there's no way in hell I'll give this business anymore support.

My experience at this salon was completely horrible. I wanted a haircut and caramel color balayage before attending my brothers wedding and leaving for summer vacation.I received both hair a cut and hair dye from two different stylist. The person who cut my hair left a long random strand, but I ended up correcting it myself.When I got my hair dyed, I was in shock. I sat in the salon chair for 5 hours (just for the dye, not even styling) after which the stylist washed out the chemicals and I saw no difference in the color of my hair- to me it looked exactly the same. I told the artist I was upset, but by that point I had to return home to put my baby to sleep as it got late. The stylist said that she could color a few stands near my face to correct the issue at no extra cost on a different date.However, when I woke up in the morning, my eyes were uncomfortably irritated from the chemicals in the dye. I had to go see an eye doctor who gave me prescription for the irritation.I felt that after 5 hours and paying $300 for balayage, a few strands would not fix the situation. I also didn’t feel comfortable going back to the salon after the irritation in my eyes.I went to the salon to speak to the manager in person- and as a courtesy, I asked to speak outside out of earshot of her other customers. I told her about my experience and that I just wanted a refund. She said she would speak to the owner. I sent multiple messages to both the manager and my stylist and instead of providing any sort of customer service, they ignored my messages.When I went to get my hair done for my brother wedding, they stylist told me that my hair was extremely chemically damaged.I wanted to like this salon and return because it is very close to where I live, but after this horrible experience I wouldn’t go back. Such a shame.
