“Not a Longbeach local, but made a fun day trip up the coast to the check out the shop. First, the shop is really filled with character and everything is high quality.
Specifically, the Vanson Territory Jacket was what I came for and I picked it up. Not a biker by any stretch of the means, but I’ve had the jacket for the past week, and it’s even more comfortable than I anticipated. Thoroughly impressed with its function and design.
If there’s anything catching your eye at this shop, I’ll testify that it’s worth looking into 100%.”

“I had a great experience selecting and purchasing hats here. First of all they have a great selection and everything is very organized. The staff is also very friendly and provided lots of info. “Dead Rockers is probably my favorite punk shop in Southern California. I'm an east sider, but always take the time to come over here to Long Beach to visit this cute spot. They have a fantastic selection of everything from pins, to records, to shirts and leather jackets. The vibe in this store is fabulous and there is literally something for everyone here. Such a treat to have a spot like this that I can come to do in-person shopping. Prices are super reasonable and the staff is very helpful as well!”

“Wow! What an amazing experience!!! Such a vibrant and positive ambiance. Linda, the owner, was the wonderful gem that helped me out. Went in with the hopes of finding a rehearsal dinner dress for my best friend’s wedding. Linda asked what I was looking for, looked at my body shape and immediately picked out two gorgeous dresses to try on. I am quite a busty woman so trying to find dresses can be extremely challenging. Needless to say, I ended up buying one of the dresses she chose for me with a couple extra items. I will definitely be coming back Not just for dresses, but also there are more casual clothes as well. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience, just make sure to make an appointment before going in.”
“Esmeralda at the front desk defines exceptional service and what it means to go above and beyond. I was in a rush and needed some pants for a last minute meeting, so I tried them on in the fitting room and kept them on. I didn’t realize it had the magnet still attached. Knowing I was in a rush, she let me extend my leg over the counter so she can remove it. I looked ridiculous, but it didn’t matter and she didn’t care. If she made me go back and change, I would have been late to my meeting and would have lost out on my promotion! Thank you Esmerelda!”

“In searching for a purse to replace my multifunctional, well-used one, I found four. I decided on one which unfortunately had no attached price tag. Sought help and encountered Chelsie. She searched through the purse, the online store, and other places while serving other customers who were in and out of the fitting room. No result. She persisted. At last, she found the info and managed to make a new price tag. Rachel was also there to assist with the final decision. Thank you both for your excellent customer service! Quite a gem!”

“This location is honestly my favorite Ross. The service is always nice and the Security always greets you and is super welcoming. I also love the fact that there are always multiple security guards at this location so it definitely makes you feel safe. In terms of items they have it all. And if you don't know yet, Ross has the BEST prices. I literally found a Kate Spade purse here once for $50 it's incredible. Specifically this Ross is always stocked on items unlike other locations. This location is also always clean and organized. Which really adds to the experience.”
