Too many homeless people around. Always asking for a handout! Peeing in front of the store. Pharmacy is always getting medication wrong. I've had to come back to the store several times before already. Seems like they're not paying attention to what they're handing the customers. This place just keeps getting worse and worse. The only good thing here are the checkers usually very nice and polite.

do not go here! i repeat do not go here. manager is extremely immature. they will accuse you of stealing. manager was extremely immature about the situation and made my niece cry. never going here again.

I use this CVS for all of my families prescriptions. Well, I needed to pick up a prescription but when I called, I was told they were out of stock and needed to order more. It is now 16 days later. I've called a few times and always the same response - 'we haven't received the order'. I've asked if they could find another CVS that I could pick up from but they said no - in order for me to pick up the prescription from another CVS, I would have to have my doctor resubmit the prescription to that new location. But what if the new CVS was out of stock as well?I was told that if the new CVS is out of stock too then I'd have to have the prescription called in again to another CVS!?For a customer, this is not effective or helpful. I've read thru some of the other reviews and this seems like a common issue for this location. So sad to have consistent negative customer reviews with no provided solutions.

Extremely helpful and patient staff. They helped us transfer a perception from a Walgreens that would not take our insurance card. Then they got the doctor to update a part of that perception not covered by our insurance. Then they found out the update was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Then they got the update transferred to where we could use it. Every staff member was polite and helpful and understanding of the frustration we were dealing with. Keep in mind the pharmacy managed all this where the insurance and the Urgent Care wasn't able to help with any step. They did this with a smile while being berated by irate customers who were yelling at them about things like computer appointments not being set that were absolutely out of their control. Exceptional service and a very professional attitude under very difficult circumstances.

Supposed to be opened until 10 pm according to the operating hours posted on the door. Was there at 9:49 pm and the doors were closed. Knocked and one of the employees looked at me and did a swiping motion across his neck basically saying "were closed". I pointed at my watch signaling to the actual time and they walked away ignoring me.

Wow service here is ridiculous! I showed up for first aid! I would take 2 minutes. I showed up at 9:49 and they refused to let me in. I pointed that they closed at 10. Security shrugged and told me too bad. Wow wait until I call corporate lol

That COVID Statement is utter bs. Went on Project Baseline to get a COVID test appointment here for 19:30pm mind you the place is open until 10 and was not busy. I had overtime til 8 pm drove there got there close to nine and that lazy b**** turned me away. I thought COVID was life and death and anything COVID related leave rules off of the table. This is the only test site all across town. Oh well will shop at Walgreens remove CVS app and any cards They did not give a crap about me or my time. I needed the COVID test for my partner that is going on a trip so now have to go on my lunch break the next day. Wasting my time and I work from home. Wish I had a different optionthan stupid CVS. For profit and high risk medical do not mix. Your brick and mortar days are numbered anyway

This may not be the fault of the location, but I had my first dose of the Covid vaccine here. I cannot get an appointment for my second dose!!!!! I have called their hotline and tried to sign up on the website many, many times. One part of the site says they have vaccines but when I try to schedule, they say they don't have the vaccine. UGH!!!!!!!

The staff is friendly but there is one person that goes above & beyond his duties. His name is Don. He gives superior level of customer service. He takes his job very seriously & is always going the extra mile! This man deserves a promotion & a raise!!!

The employees here are super friendly and patient. I have never had faster service at the pharmacy. It's such a pleasant time I have to visit. Thanks to the crew here who keep everyday running smoothly. You are appreciated.

This place has just deteriorated over the last few years It has become a complete dump now all you see is Drugged out bums everywhere and tons of trash.They still havent even fixed their drive thru.Very unsafe and inconvenient here.

I'm writing this review for the CVS located at 1250 PCH in Long Beach, CA 90806. A couple days I went in to pick up a prescription that I hadn't refilled in a couple years. When I get to this location I noticed that their drive thru is still not operating. I go in and request my prescription and then I'm asked for a $45 copay. I inform the associate that I never pay a copay that high and he sends me to the check in window. That associate looks something up on the computer and tells me the same price info the other had just told me. I tell her that that is not my usual copay and she tells me to call my insurance. Then she tells the other associates that she's done for the day like I was the customer who pushed her over when she was no help at all!I call CVS Cinemark (my insurance), and in less than 5 minutes they tell me that I should ask for a 30 day supply switch instead of the 50 they were giving me and that would correct the copay. How much did I end up paying?: $0Needless to say, I am going to be changing to a different location because the PCH/Orange one is not a good one anymore.

Went to get a prescription filled after sinus surgery told me he didn't have the medication. Asked when they would have it polled they had no idea. Do I ask can you call around your sister stores find out somebody else have it which I was told no. Horrible horrible customer service
