I was recently rear ended, and heard positive things about Collision Experts from friends. From my initial consult to the end, Fred Gil, the owner, went above and beyond, and made my experience easy and pleasant. My car was taken care of, the work was super, and I will recommend collision in Expert to family and friends.

They took forever to finish the job. They turned in my car with the back light broken. I went back do they can fix ir and they wanted me to leave My vehicle a whole day again, such a waste of time. I do not recommend this place.

Further damage was done to my vehicle while in the care of this shop as repairs were being made. Whichever technician had the responsibility of completing the repairs for my car was negligent in prepping the vehicle before sanding/buffering commenced and caused damage to my rear windshield, left passenger door/window panel, and other areas. Upon my arrival, I was told that my car would not start and they needed to jump start the battery before I came, so I was to wait 15 minutes before shutting it off. This prompted me to immediately inspect my vehicle for other issues since it was clear that the vehicle had been neglected while being stored in their facility for approx. 28 days, and that is when I noticed the subpar paint with multiple sand/buffer streaks and other body damage. The owner Fred Gil was not pleasant to talk with and he was very rude when he realized I wanted them to correct the issues that were damaged and done sloppily. He told me that my car looked better than the way it came in as to justify their wrong doing. While speaking with Allstate rep, they wanted me to return the key to the shop and have them fix the issues, while on the phone with them, Fred would not except my key and told me to leave and insulted me on my way out (Allstate rep heard all of this too). And to add another insult to injury, I had to call AAA because my car would not start while parked outside of their shop, I paid approx. $250 for a new battery. Worst experience ever and very stressful event. Stay away from this shop if you want things done correctly.

My daughter (who is 19) took her car to Fred to get a estimate for work she needed done on her car. He was super nice to her. He was so honest when he could have totally been dishonest since she was so young. He did an amazing job on her car and the repair was less then the other estimates she got. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to Fred if they are ever in need of his services.

Inconsistent, tells us one thing we show up and tells us another thing. Put’s in too many excuses for why the job isn’t getting done. Would definitely recommend someplace else.Save your time and money!!!

What a disappointment. I stopped by to have a conversation and to inquire about having my vehicle painted but was treated to a most RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL individual named FRED. His treatment of me, a former customer (and potential returning customer) was unexpected, unprovoked, and unacceptable. Clearly, the business is in some kind of trouble but clients should never be handled as I was. If you can avoid this business, simply "go someplace else", as Fred suggested to me. I couldn't believe the experience and don't want anyone else to be treated as I was. Not good.

Did this shop hang up on you? Does the written estimate have a time frame stated? Or did they say it was going to take XYZ amount of time and have surpassed it? First, start recording the calls. Before they say anything, tell them you're recording. Ask for the time frame. Request to see your car, take a picture. This will help later on if you want to sue for rental costs. Would never go to this place ever again, will never recommend this place to anyone. The staff there is very unprofessional and rude!! Spoke with the owner. The owner was so rude. He didn't bother checking the claim sent from my insurance company. He just refused to work on my car even though I had an appointment. He stated, "I'm the owner and I do what I want. Whatever I say, goes" what a bad environment to be in. Not only was he rude to customer like myself but also to his employees! Wish I can put Zero star for this place!!

I took my car in for a small scratch on my bumper. I'm only 18 years old and know absolutely nothing about cars. The owner, Fred was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me and even gave me genuine advice about how to deal with my insurance and what I should do about the incident in general. I truly appreciated his kindness and how easy he made the process for me. My car was ready in a day and half and looks good as new. I am very happy with my experience.

FRED IS A HORRIBLE BUISNESS MAN! he refuse to speak to me when i was asking him questions re a client and he was so upset he hung up on me. Hes very rude I dont understand how any insurance company works with him.

I have gone to Collision Experts to see Fred with 2 different cars for cosmetic touch-ups. Both times, I did not have an appointment and both times, he was able to fit me in and have me out within an hour. Fred is super friendly, personable and provides very fair pricing. For my most recent cosmetic fix, Fred did it in under 10 minutes and said it was "on the house". Especially in these times, I would never expect anything free and it was just such a nice surprise. I would recommend and trust Fred at Collision Experts for any auto repairs based on my experiences with them, which have always been pleasant, fair and fast!
