Its a check cashing place, and they do currency exchange. Everytime I have been there, the nice lady does a great job. Also, they have amazing air conditioning.

Quick service but the lobby is austere and shabby. It's governmental facade and three inch bulletproof glass makes the experience unwelcoming.
