I love this store. I come here more often than I probably should. They have a great selection for men, women, and kids sizes. They also typically have some great deals going on. On top of that the service here is always great. If you wanna be left alone they will do that, but if you have questions, suggestions, or need help finding something they will do that too.

I came by to see if I could find a good deal, just couldn’t find one in my size. I did find a nice pair for my wife around $25 on their clearance factory selection.

Great customer service, even over the phone! Melinda who works here deserves Employee of the month! Long story short: she helped me score last minute kicks I need for event I spent looking all over LA for, Only pair in stock...in MY size! WITH $40 off on top of that due to clearance or something and someone brought back after purchase, etc..what are the odds?! Melinda you are a life saver! I arrived and got excellent customer service from rest of staff as well.

Used to be a much better outlet with a vast selection. These days it sells more products at regular retail prices. Their discount offers are complicated and difficult to comprehend to max out the sale price

The workers here are so funny and helpful. Never rushing you to make a decision or an impulse purchase. They got good deals here and I believe there are student discounts.

Such an amazing store! I picked up some All Stars for my Goddaughter at a great price and when I got home, I realized I left my wallet there. I called the store right away and Anthony and Alondra had reassured me that they had my wallet safe and sound and would hold it for me the following day. When I went back for it the next day I was greeted by some more friendly staff that had got the memo. I got my wallet back with all my cards and cash accounted for. Thank you so much to Alondra and Anthony. Honest trustworthy people are hard to come by these days. I hope some great karma finds you both in abundance.

Great place to try on all the different kinds of Converse and the new styles. She knew what she wanted already but had a ball checking the clearance stuff and trying on the new models before picking out exactly what she wanted.
