Went to an event here not too long ago and although everything was great and 99.9% of the people were nice, there was one person working the register who insisted on looking at me like I slapped his mother or something. That interaction alone and the second hand prices are the main reasons I will not be going back.

Great selection! Able to find some pretty obscure liquors here. Owner is very nice and staff is extremely knowledgeable about spirits.

Check your prices here! They often charge more than what is listed on the shelves and will argue with you if you bring it up.

Beautiful store! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I go almost every weekend to get my favorite ciders. Store is beautifully maintained and feels luxurious! There is something for everyone. Highly recommend!!

Small place that has a lot to offer in the way of liquor. As I walked in I wasn't greeted. There were a few employees standing around behind the counter and I asked for help to find something and they just pointed me to where the liquor was instead of being welcoming and helpful and personally showing me where the liquor was located. The liquor was overly priced and even on their sale price it can be found much cheaper at other locations like the grocery stores. They wanted to charge me for a bag, so I asked for a veteran discount on veteran's day but nothing there nor a free bag, which is ok, not all places honor veterans on veteran's day with a discount or a free bag instead wanting to charge me 10 cents. However, they commented they can't do that because they are a small business. That is understandable since small businesses rely on profit so much. If you are a small business and you are going to charge much more on liquor compared to other places, then I would expect better customer service to make up for that, but that isn't there either. Very unfriendly at the register ringing things up like they didnt want to be there or they were bored out of their mind. So, I will take my business elsewhere. I like to support small business but there has to be some effort on their part to be customer oriented (greeting, helpful, pleasant, welcoming) and that there were poorly lacking.

Great selection of alcohol here that's a fact. BUT.... Came here after trader Joe's with my two kids and was approached by the security guard. He gave me a hard time because I brought my kids inside. I understand if they are running around and disturbing everyone inside or making a mess with the merchandise, my kids were quiet and well behaved and the security guard would not stop following me around. It did make me feel uncomfortable. Not coming here no more. Taking my business elsewhere.

Just had a crazy experience here... It's been about 2 years since I've been here but I've been coming to this store since they opened because of the variety they offer. I had my Dad swing by last week, he was in the area and wanted Guinness. They are slightly higher than a chain but it's family owned and I support that... However.... After picking up some El Pollo Loco this evening, I made a last minute decision to stop by and get myself something. The floor plan is a little different now, I had to walk around the entire freezer section looking for what I came in for. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see someone wearing all black moving when I moved, following me, stalking me, I didn't know. I didn't think it was the security guard that was posted at the door but my second time around the freezer section, I paused , he paused... I looked over at the person. Young guy wearing all black. I swear he just took my picture and almost dropped his phone when I turned towards him. He's an employee that I saw when I first walked in. I'm sure he was only doing what he was told to do. There were about 4 other customers , all males, when I walked in but they were gone. It was pretty clear he was following me. I went back to the counter and asked the cashier for what I was looking for. She was very nice, told me where it was. I went to the right location, got it, then walked back to the cashier to pay. I'm not going to lie, I was a little discombobulated. I looked at the guy that was following me (he was now at the front of the store) paid for my item and left. WHY DID I SPEND MY MONEY AT A STORE THAT DID NOT WANT ME THERE. Damn. I will never go back. I've had the experience of being followed around the store because I'm Black or whatever reason business owners use to justify why they follow people around. It totally bothers me. Maybe it's related to what's going on in the world, I don't know. I never want to experience that again, so I will never go back to this business. Trying to weed out the bad customers, you weed out the good but I guess that's OK, right?!

Nice, clean, affordable! Prices and sizes vary from TX, but they have more variety. And the people are friendly!

I wouldn't recommend their online buying option, purchased (or so I thought) an expensive bottle of whiskey for delivery within 1 hour. Well that came and went, called before they closed and was told they were out of stock and checking with their other location and would receive a call the next morning. Nope! No call or update, sent an email referencing the order and got no response. Finally called their customer service only to be told the order would be cancelled and my card refunded. Terrible customer service and false advertising in my opinion, at least Total Wine & BevMo tell you they are out of stock online or in store. Also, when I called to see where the order was after the hour timeframe was up they asked if I was picking this order up in store, wtf? Glad I didn't drive to their location to find out they couldn't fulfill the order.
