All the girls that work here are amazing. Lisa is super friendly and always helpful. From product knowledge to new inventory she is my go to girl! Big shout out to the manager as well. There has been a huge change since he took over. The color is ALWAYS fully stocked and I feel like he goes above and beyond when it comes to certain orders. I appreciate all that you guys do! Thank you :)

Store Manager is rude and likes to profile customers, and decide who to harass while they shop! Then refuses to give name when asked! I was shopping after being sick for months. Obviously not looking or feeling my best, considering the circumstances. Not only did the manager watch me like I was a criminal, he came up with reasons to approach me suspiciously. Then eventually demanded my phone number to locate my account! Ironically he then claimed he could not find it in the system. FUNNY, I when spoke with corporate they found it immediately both times! For further proof I opened my Cosmoprof App, that still was not good enough (even showing him the number). As if his lack of professionalism was not already obviously, he demanded to scan the barcode! Even though you have to provide a state license to even get an account! What a terrible power hungry manager, and awful customer service! He need to be retrained, he obviously missed day one!

Yes, it's true. Terrible customer service. Unorganized. Out of stock product. I used to use all Schwarzkopf color, but transitioned to redken to avoid coming here. I only come once a month to stock up on blonde me lightener and developer. Salon centric is run so much more professionally and so much more organized. I wish Schwarzkopf would move to salon centric instead.

8 years ago. I'm designed to quit my job as master stylist at REGIS salon. Went out to rent a station to work my own. Be a own bosses and own work schedules. So I need to buy all hair products at Cosmoprof in Lakewood store. Customer service was good. But since last year 2019. Customer services got so bad. Specially store manager has bad attitude and very rude. I went to bought more products and paid my credit card bill since I was there. My bill was $76.88. I gave her $80.00. She didn't gave me back my chances. After she closed the register drawer. I asked her where it my chances. Then she said what chances. I told her I gave you $80.00. My bill was $76.88. I should get my chance back right? She didn't know how to do. So this was she said. JUST ONLY THREE Dollars. It's a big deal??? So I was there for almost an hour. So I have to leave. Because my next clients come soon. So I have no time to waiting for her to fixed it out. SINCE THAT DAY I REFUSE TO COME BACK TO SHOP AT LAKEWOOD COSMOPROF.
