I have been a cricket wireless customer for over a year now and continue to do business with cricket wireless, and this authorized retailer location is the closest store to me and is a 1 mile walk from where I live a mile down E. Anaheim st in Long Beach CA. And will be returning very soon within the next day or two hopefully to pay my phone bill because it's past due and service is suspended currently for non payment but I'm only human and we all make mistakes like I did and didn't budget my phone bill for the month of November and didn't pay on the due date of December 6th, so I'm only connected to WiFi right now for the time being and also I do not know if it's possible to back order a specific device from the phone manufacturer or not because I highly doubt this location would have in stock the iPhone 16 pro max 1tb model as that would be my phone upgrade from a Motorola Moto g stylus 5g 2023 model which is in perfect condition no cracked screen or anything and do not know if cricket can give me a deal where I can recycle my old phone in exchange for credit towards the new upgrade i have picked out the only thing that needs to be done is transfer all my information using the move to ios app for Android and this phone has a history of being hacked once before only but I fixed it by doing a factory data reset and immediately changing the phone number.. and I will be looking for the best store worker possible that will go out of their way and above and beyond to help me for my needs to make an more than perfect customer experience and i may suggest giving them a pay raise based on how well they satisfy me or at least suggest to management to consider them for a pay raise and work promotions on their job title.. to work in a different position with a higher pay rate or commission

They stole my bag of items that I left behind and didn’t let me know that I left it. When I returned to ask about it they rudely said “if it’s not there then it’s not here”. Obviously they stole it. Rude workers.

I went in to maybe switch services and I made the mistake of letting the indein guy in the store take my OTTERBOX case of and he snapped the frame into two pieces and then he told me that was the way they come off
