I had a great experience with CubeSmart. The rental process was quick and easy, and the property manager, Brenda, was very efficient and clear with all the details during our conversations. She made everything smooth, including when I decided to upgrade my unit to a downstairs one. Very easy person to do business with. Highly recommend!

I recently rented with CubeSmart after family members in another state recommended them and I can see why. I completed a same-day rental online and came in to move in. I didn’t realize the location I chose wasn’t climate controlled, which I needed, but the team here couldn’t have been more helpful.
The facility is excellent. It is easy to access right off the freeway with plenty of cameras for security, which gave me peace of mind that belongings would be safe. What really stood out was the staff. The three team members I worked with were fantastic, friendly, professional, and patient. They helped me cancel the same-day rental, made sure my refund was processed quickly, and even went the extra mile by checking other CubeSmart locations nearby to see if they had climate controlled units available.
Even though I didn’t end up renting at this particular spot, I walked away very impressed. If you are looking for a storage company that values customer service, convenience, and security, I highly recommend CubeSmart.

Nick showed me the unit first, explained how to load, where to park, and walked me to my unit to make sure it was a good fit. He then broke down the pricing for me which was amazing and lovely to receive transparency. He fully explained that online does not include the full price which I figured anyways but he was completely transparent and super friendly! He also helped me set up my app on my phone and made sure it worked efficiently! I’m excited to have my stuff stay here and they also take all the safety precautions to protect your items! Thank you! And good luck to the young lady that was training!!
