I had the pleasure of interacting with sales associate Maribel today, she had to handle the whole front end by herself and she did amazing job and the whole time with a smile on her face I see how she treated the elderly and it warmed my heart. It was my first time interacting with her and I'm so glad she's there she was a really sweet lady.

Wife and I had our shingles shots taken at this location today, while here witnessed young woman with an infant child in a large stroller shop lifting and was caught.
Young mother started throwing all items out of the stroller while infant crying, deeply saddening how young the mother and how brave of her to do something like this with an infant present, no respect for human life.
Then she comes out and jumps in an almost brand new car. I'll pray for her..

The pharmacy staff is very rude insistiing that my husband has a co pay even she has not check insurance coverage. I told her if i can bring the insurance card for her to check but she just said No but i have to pay. And she raised her voice

Refused to open the public restroom even though they very obviously have a public restroom. Nasty about it. Store is filthy.

I went in at 10:30 pm, a half hour before s advertised closing hour. I felt unconfirtabke immediately as I walked thru the entrance. As soon as I walked in the place I was greeted by a snarling scary looking security guard as if I wasn't wanted in the store. As I passed him I notice a glass case broken with sharda of glass all over the floor and had to walk thru it while the security guard and employees stood around doing nothing I continued to shop and had to ring for an employee to open the deodorant case , which she greedily took with her yelling it'll be at the counter as she walked away from me, ok, I'll let that one pass, common place it seems, I shopped found my things but needed assistance to locate sone sugar that I intended to purchase. The same rude employee shows up mumbling something i couldn't nake out and she again walked away from me. I wasn't about to ask twice, there loss not mine, I just wanted out of this store by them so I proceeded to check out when it's my turn the register is open except self check out and the same rude employee was there to finish me I had a problem identifying a discount and needed some clarity, with great attitude and hesitation she comes over to the self check out station and punches in her or someone else's cvs phone number for the discount, of course I don't mind a discount is a discount but there are overages and she couldn't explain them to me so being frustrated I asked her to remove an item which she sides but as she continues to yell at me as if I was there to discomfort her or perhaps she felt like I was just stupid amd bothered by me being a consumer in her store. All the while the security guard is just itching to say something. Regardless I pay for my things nag'em up and make a blind for the exit and guess who follows me out as if to ensure I don't come back in, the security guard. I don't know what happened to cvs their policy's or lack of but this is the worst experience I can remember ever having anywhere. In Short this place sucks and so do the employees, perhaps it's management or lack of and obviously lack of operational protocol , procedure and training all together ?
