Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I experienced discrimination from Pharmacist Paul Kuk due to my medical diagnosis and the medication I was prescribed. He acted unethically by questioning whether my treatment was virtual or in person and falsely claimed I had to disclose this information before he would process my prescription.
Thank you, Paul, for setting me back years in my mental health recovery. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I did.

The worst customer service. Super rude casher Sandra, useless rude manager Jonathan. They should not be in retail service, I would give Zero star.

No way to reach anyone by phone anymore. You have to try to get to the voicemail option if you've got that kind of grit, and then just hope somebody actually calls you back.

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to shop at this CVS due to the ongoing lack of shopping carts and hand baskets. This has been an issue for years at this location—carts will randomly show up on and off, and I’m genuinely happy when they do. But right now, once again, there are none available.
About a month ago, I saw what looked like a new batch of carts with security poles designed to prevent theft—but now they’ve vanished. I just don’t understand how a business thinks it’s acceptable to provide no way for customers to carry their items while shopping. It’s incredibly frustrating to juggle multiple products in your arms, especially while already holding a purse. Employees often see customers struggling and don't offer any support, which only adds to the poor experience.
I used to spend a lot of money here, but it’s hard to do that when items are falling out of your hands while walking around the store. At the very least, bring back the black rolling baskets we used to have—they made shopping so much more manageable.
And while I know this issue isn’t specific to CVS, the overall experience is worsened by the fact that most personal care items, like body wash, are locked in cases. It’s frustrating to wait for an employee just to compare products, check ingredients, or read labels. I often feel like I’m bothering staff just by needing access. All of this is pushing customers—myself included—to shop elsewhere.

Photo service is HORRIBLE. I ordered prints...never received an email or phone call to advise that their machine has been broken OVER A WEEK. Supposedly I will be notified when my photos are ready. I highly doubt it. So I was charged almost $80 for photos I NEVER RECEIVED.

They didn't have what I wanted and it was buy one get one for one dollar. Great deal for what I was buying, so I was given a rain check for the item. I was really appreciative of that. Thanks J......

This pharmacy erroneously billed my previous pharmacy. Due to statue of limitations, my current pharmacy refuses to rectify the situation. I have to pay $1k out of pocket for meds that should've been covered.
I will NEVER, EVER, use CVS for anything again.
