The hours that pharmacy has don't make no sense...9am to 130pm is not very convenient...most people are at work after 9am and most people don't come home till after 5pm...

Truly a useless establishment. An absolutely empty store and we hit the customer service to unlock the child’s pain Tylenol three times with zero response. Terrible planning, terrible execution - failure across the board. Should be embarrassed to even label yourself as a “convenience” store

I’ve been to this pharmacy several times, and unfortunately, the customer service continues to disappoint. Alma, the manager, has been consistently dismissive and impatient when I try to explain what I need. On one occasion, she wouldn’t even speak with my doctor on the phone to clarify the prescription. The staff behind the counter are also not particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, it’s a frustrating experience every time. I recommend finding another pharmacy that takes the time to listen and provide proper care.
CVS, train your people better, or staff your pharmacy so they are not so swamped that they forgot to be human.

I am very satisfied with the customer service and cleanliness of the store.
However I don't like having my store products locked up and having to wait for someone to come and open up the case. Especially for such a simple product as soap.

Amazingly frustrating to call this pharmacy location. The virtual assistant is no help and you cannot speak to a real person, the best you can do is go around in circles on their selection menu and end up leaving a voice mail message. Highly recommend you go anywhere else and avoid the high blood pressure inherent in this business model.

I have witnessed the person at the pharmacy being incredibly rude to customers on multiple occasions. At this point, I'll be changing to a pharmacy with better hours and polite staff who actually listen to my needs.

Pharmacist, techs, staff are always rude and the line is always like 20 minute wait. Went to ask the holiday hours and literally 5 different people including pharmacy staff gave me 5 different answers.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the pharmacy is exceptional. I get all my vaccinations here and they are skilled, highly knowledgeable and kind. I go out of my way to only come to this location for the above reasons :)

The pharmacy at this location is horrendous. My medication came in six days ago and I have been hassling them ever since to fill them. I called my PCP and he showed me the document that he electronically sent my medication to this particular CVS. Now, today to, 22 Nov. 2023, they told me my medication will be ready by 10am. 10 am rolls by and they say, sorry not until 1:30pm. 1:30 pm rolls over and they say by 2:30 to 3pm. I get there at 3 pm and Alma the female pharmacist tells me in the next 20 minutes. There are six people working behind the counter, plus one guy at the pick up section.I've held my patience for the past six days. So I do not know why I keep getting attitudes from this specific gentleman Malcolm, and Lisa and Alma. I mean attitudes. I have remained steadily by my principles and kept patient and very respectful, but this batch of pharmacist staff have no idea about inconveniencing people. It's not fair and it puts peoples' lives in immediate danger when they make no attempt to ensure they receive their life saving medication promptly.I put money down that no one from this pharmacy even contacts me with an apology.You know, it could have been a lot more appreciative if they were just a lot more compassionate, say, "we're so sorry. We will do our best to ensure you are taking care of because we care." Nothing. Absolutely nothing.This is my first and last time I come here. And secondly, this place is filthy too. And there's a certain mildew/dusty stench in the air. And why do they have "heavy duty degreaser" dish soap in the latrine to wash your hands, because the soap dispenser has no hand soap in it. Now my hands are itching uncontrollably. It's obvious I am allergic to this type of dish soap but CVS did not put this into consideration that people, some people, might have allergies to certain types of soaps, which are technically chemical agents!!!!!!! Which I did not know until after washing my hands using the John.I hate this place. My first experience will be my last, since it's been hell after choosing this particular location for my new pick up pharmacy since Rite Aid went broke and declared bankruptcy a few weeks back.Also, Malcolm is the worst one. This man mistreated me something awful. He outrightly violated my privacy under HIPPA. Instead of discreetly coming to me concerning my medication he took my medication bottles out of the bag the pharmacist put them in, initially, and ever so slowly and methodically displayed each and every bottle of pills on the counter while loudly reading out the names of these medications in front of a packed crowd. I was furious, but I maintained my composure. I told him, "You could not do this discreetly. You just violated my privacy. No one needed to know what type of medication I take." I immediately complained to the senior pharmacist/manager and then again to the store's manager. I would post the pics but I do not want my info displayed to the public.This is my first time here, at this location, and I was nothing but respectful to everyone. I hoped to make this my location but now that will never happen. How this man treated me from the very beginning was horrendous. I had no words with him. I was nothing but respectful to him and surveillance will show exactly what he did to me and show I never once yelled at him or acted out against him in any way or manner or shape or form. I will go to corporate about this. Something must be done.

Sure rude pharmacy technicians this time around. I came to pick up a special medication that was signed by Malcom, and told him it showed he signed it. He denied it, was rude, and basically tried to make me feel like an idiot . I then asked for my zofran to be filled , not knowing that it still needed clearance from my doctor . I said last time there was no issue filling it. As I walked out with the "found" medication... he starts running his mouth to the pharmacist and other tech about "trying to get me sued." I'm a customer, show me some disrespect for 1) not taking responsibility for losing my medication, and 2) your absolute rudeness! Besides the pharmacists, they have no clue what they're doing! Really sad!

I went there twice since my last review and I would like to say that I had to interact with the store manager on both occasions and he was really nice and his customer service was totally different from my first review. In fairness, I just wanted it noted in this review. Maybe he was just having a bad day during our first encounter.
