This used to be a good pharmacy with good customer service until today. Memorail Care sent over my prescription twice and even called them to help figure out why they didn't get it the first time. Upon my second visit I checked in with the drop off your prescription counter and it was there. He checked with the other employees and they acted like they didn't get the call. I was literally standing there when the Memorail Care employee called them and spoke to them. She was also on hold for almost 10 minutes. As someone who is sick right now they are sure making it extremely difficult to get my needs met. No help whatsoever.

I’ve been to several pharmacies over the years, and Andrew is by far the best pharmacist I’ve ever come across. He constantly goes above and beyond, and anytime I have questions about medications, he takes the time to thoroughly explain everything with care and clarity. Andrew has been with CVS for a long time and clearly takes his role very seriously. If you ever have any concerns or questions, I highly recommend asking for his help. Good pharmacist are hard to come by these days, and CVS is incredibly lucky to have Andrew on their team. Maria, who works at the register is also a lovely lady who knows their customers by name. She has also been at CVS for a long time and they’re lucky to have her there as well.

Pharmacists assistants and floor associates are very unhelpful and general attitude towards simple questions ranges from inconsiderate to belligerent.

The pharmacist, Andrew, and everyone else in the pharmacy are very courteous He is always answering any questions you have about prescriptions,
also any of medication’s they have in the store.

I really Like this store, I recently moved back to this area, I liked shopping here then, and now, they've made some improvements inside the store very clean too and if you like self-check out this store always have it working, both paying options

on July 1st I arrived at 10:44pm and store was closed.... Clerk saw me knocking on door and said "we're closed, we're so sorry"
You're door hours and online hours state that you close at 11pm today.... Not 10:44 or earlier

Just called the pharmacy to ask how I could transfer my prescription to Walgreens because they had a brand of medication that was covered by my insurance. The pharmacist who "helped" me did not listen to what I was saying and just made assumptions. I asked him how could I go about getting my prescription transferred to Walgreens and he says in an almost condescending tone "let's see, so for your medication, your insurance does not cover it and I do not know who you spoke with but they are giving you the wrong information, it's not covered". I tell him "no that isn't what I am saying, I know my insurance doesn't cover that brand, I'm asking because you guys do not carry the brand that is covered under my insurance, how do I get that prescription transferred over to Walgreens?". He says "Oh I'm sorry, I misunderstood what you were asking, just have them call me and I can send them the referral". Hey mister, if you took the time to actually listen to me and not talk over me then that phone conversation could've went a lot faster and smoother!
