Honestly, I'm very upset with the service at this place. My brother recently went to buy some medicine, and the people who helped him gave him the wrong prescription. He went to ask for a replacement because it was their mistake, and they told him he'd have to pay again if he wanted it replaced. Honestly, terrible service. I won't go back to that place, and neither will my brother.

In recent weeks I have needed several prescriptions filled. I don’t drive and must rely on uber or family to get to the store. Certain prescriptions can’t be delivered, I understand that, and believe it is very important for everyone’s safety. Having just moved here from Texas 2 months ago, I chose a CVS using google “near me”. This is a VERY busy store, yet the pharmacy crew remain kind, helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic. Thanks for the smiles!

The service was actually excellent at this CVS, but I can’t give them a 5-star review because they are clearly understaffed. There was a long line of customers, and the employees were all visibly hustling and they were knowledgeable and efficient. If CVS doesn’t appropriately staff their busy shifts, they will lose these exceptionally hard working staff members.

My experience at the Los Cayotes CVS has been getting better \\u0026 better. I’m not sure what happened or can’t point my finger on it but something changed..for the better.

Store is closing between midnight and 8 a.m. Pharmacy is still open if you do drive thru but customers not available to go inside to shop after midnight until 8am

W O W “ALLEN LEE” HE approached ME and asked is there anything I needed / he could help me with . . . I said “actually yes’ insulin . . . “ What transpired in the next 5 minutes left me absolutely speechless, believing I was back in the Europe Healthcare system. Truly caring and knowledgeable human being Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Christian

My boyfriend and I go to cvs pharmacy every month to pay our bills and to buy items! The cashiers are very nice and pleasant! I can’t complain we always have a great shopping experience here!

Not sure of this Pharmacy Technicians name but there is a pictured him below. He is so rude at night... I hate coming to this location when he is here. I came through the drive through to get a prescription filled, he took five minutes to come to the window. Gave him my prescription and he stated it ms going to be an additional 30 minute wait... so I parked my car, went inside thinking there were a lot of people inside waiting (BTW it's Oct 3rd at 11:50pm) got inside and no one was in there. Not sure why it was 30 minutes???? Then, I had questions about how to use the medication and him being the Pharmacist on duty stated... "Didn't they give you instructions at the hospital"??? What an a** hole!!! It's not my fault you are 87 years old and still have to work!!! If you don't like your job, QUIT!!! A** wipe!!! 06-25-19 @ 11:45pm I called 1 1/2 hours before coming in ... stated I will be picking up a prescription and was told it would be ready.... I arrived and the same a****** listed above .... still did not have my prescription ready.... WHY IS HE STILL HELPING THE PUBLIC???? He needs to be in the basement sorting boxes. I've informed management about this A** wipe and still he is allowed to work here and be rude to their customers.

I was a regular here for drugstore items and prescriptions but my last visit was less than stellar. I dropped off a prescription in Jan, and the staff member that I left it with said it was on backorder and I would be placed on a waiting list. She didn't seem to inspire any confidence that I would receive it anytime soon. Fast forward 5 months and I have yet to receive my medication. I called yesterday and spoke to the pharmacy manager who verified I was on a list but there was no ETA date still! I asked her what I could do and she said she didn't know. When I mentioned I'll have to find another pharmacy to fill it, she almost seemed relieved that I wouldn't have to bother her again. Needless to say, I found a mom and pop pharmacy that carried the medicine in stock.
