Love this dollar tree always so clean, the girls work hard keeping the shelves stocked! The Asian lady gets a lot of hate but honestly she has my respect she’s always soo kind and polite. yes she does call out bad behavior! Because where are you manners ??! Thank you employees for your hard work and upkeeping of a store .

I never leave reviews but I had to I will be calling manger next day in the morning! got there 7 min before closing just to get a 3 gift bags as soon as I am looking at them a Koran Asia Chinese worker idk what she was told me u better fix them because she just cleaned that part of store very rude she said u have 3 min left then got on the speaker saying i have 20 second to get the to the cash register if not she will close the cashiers as walking I left one bag in the section and she started yelling saying I told u to put back just starting to yell like crazy, I told her that her job! U go fix it and put it back agin that why she getting paid to work! as another worker checked me out she said hurry up and leave she almost broke slide door closing the door on me this worker should be fired! Worst customer service!!!!

The Asian lady was rude when attempting to pay with a 100 dollar bill she said who got to dollar store with a 100 dollar bill. No need to be rude . She said she was the manager this was Saturday morning...I come in all the time the other girls are friendly and have good customer service. I won't be coming back because of this one bad experience....

Tonight I went shopping for a few items at this East Long Beach store. I was rudely greeted by a store manager/ worker named Jamie who was very very disrespectful not just to me but also to the other employee who was there.It is obvious to me that Jamie hates her job considering the way she treats the customers and her over all presentation being very nasty.

Clean store and lots of great items, but thats where it all ends. I have never experienced such rude associates in my life. Jaime was our cashier and she must have had a bad day because she couldn t have have been any more rude. When we complained to who we thought might be a manager about her rudeness she said, "no, she wouldn't do that." and turned her back. I immediately called corporate because this is not acceptable.

Terrible service. I just got to the front of the checkout line when the manager said the register is closed, move to the next one. Everyone from in back of me rushed over and the line was huge. When I questioned the manager about waiting at the back of a long line again , her response was, " you got to wake up". I dropped my basket and left. What would you do?

This is my favorite dollar tree, the store is really big and they definitely have a lot of items and keep it stocked well! Definitely has good products over all as well, my favorite for Tupperware because they have the brand names ones here and beautiful cups

Store wasn't busy which was great. Checking out was we're it went wrong. Brittany the cashier was rude and very unfriendly!!! If you hate certain people you shouldn't be working with the public!!
