We drove from out of State for a cruise and when we returned I had the reservation and everything set up. When we got to enterprise to head back home they said we could only pay with credit card and there was nothing they could do. They said sorry we left you a voicemail and that was it with no warning. We ended up having to book last minute flights because we had no idea we needed a credit card to pay with out of state licenses. Im so disappointed that no one told us. We initially used enterprise to save money and it ended up costing us way more.

The day before I was supposed to return my car rental I received notification from the airline that due to bad weather i ad to change my flight. I tried to contact Enterprise at the Downtown Long Beach but they were closed. I called customer service and I was told that the offices were closed and that I had to wait until the next day at 8am to speak with someone. Customer service also told me that there would be a fee to drop the car off at a different location and they couldn’t provide the fee because they did not know. Well, my flight departure was changed to 9:05 am boarding at 8:35am and I couldn’t wait. I was disappointed that Enterprise did not have something in place to assist its customers after hours. So, I emailed the CEO, President and VP the next morning and I never received a reply. I then decided I would return the car to the Enterprise at Long Beach airport and I shared with Karen Mason at Enterprise what happened and she accepted the car and waived the fee. Thank you Karen Mason for allowing me to return my rental and waiving the fee. It’s people like you Ms. Mason that make the world a better place.

If I could give zero or negative at this location I would.It’s not the customers fault if you ran out of rental car for the people who has booked the reservation. This establishment at least 4 customers walked off because of the customer service I work at customer service and if they are my employees I would retrained them no matter how long they are working in the company. They got comfortable offing customers away. This is my last rent to enterprise and as a member or an armed forces I will ensure and encourage my buddies not to rents to this company anymore. There’s a better customer service and company out there.

Really positive experience hiring a car from this branch. Staff were super helpful and friendly even though they were busy as soon closing for the holidays. Tai took the time to go through the cars features and answer all our questions. Car was fantastic and we took advantage of a last minute upgrade deal. They didn’t try to imply any fake damage like some companies do. Overall very happy with the experience.

Rented a car for 1 day.Tiffany and AJ were extremely helpful and kind.Affordable prices and the car was very clean with great conditions (malibu),Would definitely rent again from here , the whole process was smooth and fast.Thank you
