While shopping here I have received great service on several occasions. The reason for my review is in response to a pair of shoes I recently purchased. I was in Joshua Tree and we experienced a flash rain. My shoes destroyed by the water. I didn’t realize they would be so easy to damage. I bought these in the last 30days and asked the store to do me a curtesy and return them for another pair. I understand it’s not the store’s fault but it would have retained my business. I’ve never ever returned anything to express before.

Clean and organized. I had a good experience checking out. Cashier noticed I bought something small and guessed that I was a minimalist that didn't want to walk around with a giant bag all day, so they intentionally got the tiniest shopping bag I've ever seen. Thanks Express Cashier.

A little bit more than disappointed. I have been shopping express for over 20 years ever since it started. I've been in a store manager at the one in Peoria Arizona I've worked in training to be a manager at the one in Paradise Valley Arizona. I've spent Thousands and thousands of dollars at these express stores. This one is right around the corner where I live. Granted I barely shop because of Covid and when I do shop I'm very particular about where I go. So if I do shop I have been going to the express because it's walking distance from me. The last large purchase I did was well over $800. Which maybe doesn't sound like a lot, but for a random shopping it was for me. So I purchased address the tag on the outside clearly says do not remove this tack keep this tag on the government for any returns or exchanges. The other tag was also attached. I purchased the dress during one of my random shopping spree's and like I said... i'm usually pretty selective where I want to shop and I like their material. I like a lot of their styles because they're classic. However I know I am so disappointed that when I went to bring back the dress I chose not to continue with a kept all the tags on it the one on the outside as well I even had my receipt they would not give me my exchange for an even amount or of a dress that looks almost exactly denticle but it was a better fit and black not tan either way they would not give me what I spent on my dress because it was now on sale. If I spent $69 on a dress and I have all my tags and my receipt and I bring it back to the exact same store and they're saying I couldn't get my full amount back after 60 days. When has that ever been a case with express if I followed all the other expectations. And it was only three weeks prior pass the 60 days. I asked if I could exchange it for another dress it was almost the same but because it wasn't the exact same style they wouldn't do it. So I've worked retail I understand how it works I didn't bring back some thing worn it was still in new condition and they were still selling the item. How would it not be OK for them to do an exchange for some thing when I clearly spent 60 some dollars on it. And the one for exchange was almost identical And also the same price. I don't like that sort of treatment when you go shopping especially during a pandemic. There should be some understanding that people don't go shopping all the time anymore. I just think that's really disrespectful to the people who spend their hard earned money at your store. So I guess that will be the end of my Xpress days. No point in spending money somewhere and they don't appreciate their customer.

Love it, except today my two daughters and I went and the worker kept following us, with out saying," can I help you." This made it hard to shop with them on top of us!

It was great, they were a little busy. Between three employees covering each other, I was able to walk in and out within an hour with awesome outfits!
