Very friendly staff, they have upped their game from stuffy corporate'y types to welcoming smiles that are happy to see you. "Come'on in, tell us your story and let us help you! " that's the feeling I got from start to finish. Thank you, it was a pleasure.

I had a seamless experience renting my unit and I thank Taylor and his team for that! This is not my first storage unit rental, but it is with Extra Space and I have to say comparatively the customer service was top tier! Made for pleasant experience. Not to mention the facility is newer, clean, and even the unit is well lit. So far, a great experience!

Had a great first time experience. Good customer service, system was down so we could not lock in storage but he still managed to call when it was up and running so we can process our storage. Everything went smooth other than that and we are looking forward to having our storage move this weekened!
