My experience renting with Extra Space is amazing; the crew is very kind and friendly. What I love most about renting here is the manager keeps the grounds and storage units very clean and it smells really good. You can't go wrong with taking up a unit there.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! RUN AWAY QUICKLY!!! I rented a door at Carson St's Storage Extra Space in Long Beach for more than 1 year. On June 10, 2025, when visiting my door, I realized that I was the victim of a huge robbery. My padlock was opened by someone, and many things I had in there were stolen and then my padlock was locked again. I lost a lot of valuable things, personal documents and personal objects. I have reason to have strong suspicion of a neighbor, who is apparently homeless. I passed this suspicion by phone to the Long Beach detective and also personally to a storage official. Nothing has been done about it. The padlock I had at the time of the theft was bought at Storage itself, and it is exactly the padlock they usually sell there. The building has no security at all. The corridors don't have cameras and when I asked them to investigate something about what happened to me, nothing was done. The employees don't say anything, they don't know anything and they don't even care. Simply putting your objects there is like playing with luck. And the next drawn to be stolen may be you who is reading now. I would like to leave my repudiation and revolt recorded, because many important, expensive and some even irreplaceable things were taken from me in that storage. Not counting all the amount spent paying that place monthly and not having any security and support after what happened to me. Thank you, Wagner
