It's actually pretty hard to find. I had to ask the hotel conceirge, then the building doorman, exactly where it was.

I had a la haga with a return label from a vendor, this location tried to charge me for re packaging... the box was the same box that FedEx delivered to me in a day earlier and packaged the same way it came to me. I scheduled a FedEx pick up, and the diver came picked up and left, didn't say a single thing about needing to re package. They're Ridiculous!

The workers at Fedex printing are very helpful and knowledgeable. Jalen is excellent in getting the job done right. Mark is also very skilled and thorough and kind. I trust them to get the printing job done correctly and on time. A happy customer.

The service was unbelievably quick.The FedEx worker Diego helped me out tremendously, and I was quite impressed with his patience and knowledgeability.

Had a package delivered from this location and the package was open before delivery with nothing inside I went to try and file a report and they just gave me a customer phone number. I asked for the manager since I saw that the delivery guy worked in that location and was told the manager was out. This is in the downtown Long Beach area so if you have a missing package you should report it to their headquarters because they will deny even if you have proof of the package being taken. At this point I would not want to do any business with this company.

Ask for Jalea. He got me in and out with a package that needed to be shipped out as soon as possible He was all by himself and was handling the floor full of people with ease like if he was a professional. Definitely recommend for any printing/shipping needs. He needs a raise and backup!

I came here yesterday to print my senior design project and team member Diego C. helped me do that. He was so kind, patient, and informed. He helped me resize some of my PDF so they would print properly, and he helped me compile my project in the binder I had. He was super understanding and friendly.

I was pleased with the organized, clean, open air design of this FedEx office. From the outside street view you cannot grasp the space and size of this particular location. I was pleased by the friendly staff everyone was extremely friendly and nice . Earlier in the day I spoke to a store representative his name was Diego, friendly and courteous over the phone. As I phoned to as if their shredding ben was full because I had a lot of papers to have them shred. Diego reported the company just emptied it today and I was welcomed to come by. I loved the fact that they had more that 3 dedicated copiers to that was self serve you just need a debit or credit card. You can also use a usb of your documents was on your usb drive and you need to make copies. They had 2 fax machines which were also self service with the use of your debit or credit card. I had about 3 pounds of junk mail that I needed to shred, Robert one of the friendly staff help, I only dumped my contents in the Ben he provided .

This location fails to scan in the items dropped off for shipping. They have cost me over $1500 in refunds for my buyers bc of their inability to scan items in before they are shipped out. I do not recommend using this location what do ever.

I am terrible with technology and had major formatting issues with a flyer I was printing, so thank goodness the employee with the colorful blue hair was so helpful! They must have printed the flyer for me 5-6 times before it turned out right. Thank you again for being so patient!
