Usually I have great experiences here at this location. Tonight, I came to print a few pictures for my son's project. I was met at the door by a older male who just stared me straight in the eyes and said sorry as he closed the doors in my face. I have never had such a rude encounter. I always come in the mornings and wasn't aware of their closing time. Please do better, your customers deserve the best service possible!

Come here at least once a week and I always receive great service and all the workers seem to know what they are doing.Cheryl helped me today with printing and cutting my wedding menus and she was just so helpful and courteous. Thank you! It means a lot to someone who under so much stress trying to plan their wedding.

I thought the service was improved. Mostly by Amanda. I wanted to give 5 but the automated PrintandGo did not work. The place is really clean and everyone who walked in while I was there was served quickly.

It took me 3 trips to get my business cards done because the woman who set up my print order did not want to do it 30 min before closing, set it up incorrectly so the cards came out smaller than standard business cards and the quality of paper had only one option instead of the 3 on the website. The quality of the finished business cards ended up being thinner than I wanted and I was charged a higher price than I was quoted when I placed the order. I compared my cards to others I received at a conference a few days later and mine were the thinnest, cheapest quality and not professional looking. Not worth the 3 trips it took to get them done. Very disappointed in the service and product experience.

I had this large special package that was not money valuable but had a lot of sentimental importance. Ray and two others (sorry I did not get the ladies names) take such care in giving me details and packaging it up for shipment. The package has arrived with not dents. It will be unboxed when I arrive at the same destination next week. I appreciate the care and willingness they put into making sure it would arrive safe and sound!Darcy

Really appreciated the service I received today from Jason, the Assistant Manager. I was returning an item and realized the merchant required the item fit into a smaller-sized package for free return. Although it took extra time and effort, Jason took the time to help fit my item in the specified bag so I wouldn't have to pay $10 for a box. You don't always come across people who are willing to go the extra mile to be helpful, so just wanted to acknowledge the excellent customer service. Thank you!

I use thise place often for our Small Business printing. Mostly self serve, but we have sent quite a few projects to them for professional printing with great success.. The staff is so helpful and always kind, even when they get busy.

There is an employee who works at this establishment named Mercy and she is by far the nastiest customer service employee I've ever encountered. I work and attend California State University Long Beach and since this location is so close, I frequent this location to print assignments, work documents, etc. and EVERY time I've gone to get a document printed that I emailed to the store, she's been rude.I don't know if it's because I'm African American or if she knows someone who looks like me who has done her wrong in the past, but she is awful at the customer service part of her job. I hope FedEx considers having her take some trainings to help her grow in what she lacks.Outside of the employer named Mercy (so ironic), the store is well kept and the other employees are friendlyand helpful. This one star rating is directly for the employee named Mercy.

I shipped some AirPods to my sister in Sacramento last week. Not only did the package get delayed but it was also delivered to the wrong address. When I went in to talk to the people there, a lady said it was out of their hands and just directed me towards their customer service line. Which just turns out to be an automated service rep. This place absolutely sucks.

I went in was helped immediately by a person named Mercy. Her name fit her well . She was calm , reserved and a real help to me . I may had been a little caustic and in a hurry . She helped me try to FAX important papers to the DMV . SHEWAS EFFECTIVE and in no time we got it sent . Unfortunately there was an error on their part . I freakedankk out a little .she told me to wait and to try again . In a few minutes theFAX STILL WOULDNT WORK . INSTEAD of panicking she said to try again @ 10:00 am tomorrow. It was her starting time , she would Handel it . It was soothing to know she would get it done . I appreciate that . I wanted to also send a copy through Email which she did . I’m assured it will arrive in time . Regardless I’m returning tomorrow morning @10:00 am to have her MERCY,, to resend the copies by FAX . That way I’ve doubled my chances of DMV receiving my forms .. I thank you for hiring such capable polite employees . Seriously good service.

It's 0850 in the morning on Wednesday and you never mailed the package last night because you were exhausted from the day job work. You panic but find peace in knowing FedEx is open early and your package wouldn't have made it out with yesterdays load anyway. It's 0911 and you're walking into FedEx. You go straight to the flat rate boxes and there are none. The self service area is empty. You look to the only cashier and ask for a box but she's busy helping someone make stationary. Plus, she's standing in the print department. You wait. Another customer enters the print department line, clearly with things to print. No worries because you are standing under the shipping sign. You follow directions. Suddenly another employee emerges. He's still leisurely putting his shirt on and his name tag says "manager." Hopefully that means fast and efficient. Great! Because you are supposed to be at work at 10am and you still need to stop to get better coffee than the 7-11 next door to this place. The cashier points to you and says, she just needs a box and she's next. The manager looks at the gentleman in her line and asks him what kind of help he needs. The cashier again says, she's next... Realizing this is going to take longer than expected, you take the gamble to leave. It's 0925, You drive around the corner to UPS . They box and mails your item for the same rate as the FedEx flat rate in less than five minutes. You walk two feet to the coffee shop next door and all is calm again. What am I saying? Do not come to this FedEx first thing in the morning on a work day (you know, when people do business) with the expectation of prompt service or even the ability to serve yourself. Maybe come here if you do print your label at home, have your own boxing system and just need to drop it off. Maybe come here for their printing service or self service Kinkos type area.

This was my first time at this site. Could not believe there was a parking spot right in front of the entrance to the store. The store itself is located in a small strip mall and is the first one as you enter the parking lot from Mariposa. I almost made it through the door and a staff person was telling me she could help me. She had noticed I had a box in my hand. She used the reader and "Beeped" the shipping label. She then asked if I wanted a receipt and when I said "Yes" she printed it and handed it to me. She thanked me for doing business with FedEx and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. Very capable employee and extremely easy to accomplish what I needed to do. Next time this is the store to go to.
