As a first-time visitor, I received no acknowledgement from the employee. I accidentally cut into the line. The employee, who was standing adjacent to me, failed to provide guidance on the line's location.

Customer service is terrible! Self check-out is no longer available. A couple of weeks ago we went to Five Below and the cashier just rated herself a nine out of nine stars. She blocked us from putting a review and instead just put nine stars. Also, today we went to Five Below again and when we tried to pay for the items, the cashier grabbed the money from my hand and did it herself. She was rude and mean. We definitely do not recommend coming here.

I used to love shopping here ! I’ve been coming to this store since the opening a few years ago but this will be my LAST time shopping here !!!! Your store manager Blanca is completely unprofessional , rude , and has no customer service skills whatsoever I asked her for assistance locating an item and she seemed bothered that I was asking her a question. Not only did she say “ I don’t know “ while rolling her eyes , she walked away from me. I was honestly baffled by her attitude I had to ask an employee what her name was and when I asked her position I was shocked to hear she was a new store manager .. I also noticed I wasn’t the only customer she made unhappy in this short amount of time. She was standing so close to people at the registers they were clearly uncomfortable by her lack of boundaries …
I have never had any issues shopping here disappointing to see this from this location.

Telephone number does not work. Was trying to call to see if I had left my phone there last night while shopping. I understand that you don't want to answer calls about your hours but there are lots of valid reasons to call and talk to an employee. Disappointed
