I run a small rental car business, which means I frequently work with various repair shops. We bumped a parking lot stop with our Mini Cooper which pulled out the lower bumper trim molding. Fix Auto repaired it at no charge!

What a great experience! I had some work done on my SUV recently, and it turned out beautifully! Specifically, Scott Klein, the manager, really took the time to understand what was needed, and put together an excellent repair plan. The expertise and skill of the specialists are top-tier, but the quality of service I received is what really puts this shop on top. My damaged fenders now look brand new, and match the rest of the car beautifully. I am SUPER happy with my car's repairs, and highly recommend Fix Auto. Talk to Scott!

Great experience from start to finish with our Tesla Model X. Usually would go to Tesla but referred here by the insurance company as a Tesla authorized shop. Glad we were. Friendly, efficient service. Very clean and professional. Excellent work - Tesla looks like new. Highly recommend Fix Auto Long Beach and the work they do.

After a recent rear end- accident, I was searching for a reliable repair shop and found Fix Auto. I’m so happy I trusted the reviews and chose them!
The whole experience was incredibly smooth and simple.
Scott handled my inspection and was wonderful. He explained the repair process in detail and patiently answered all my questions. As a woman, I sometimes feel dismissed when asking clarifying questions, but Scott was so respectful and professional that I felt completely at ease.
They had my car done in just one week, and the service was truly next-level. Because I work long hours, I couldn’t get to the shop before they closed, and they went out of their way to deliver my car directly to me at work. They even took my rental car back for me! Every single person I interacted with (thank You Vincent and thank you Christian) was kind, professional, and went above and beyond. I can’t recommend this place enough! They really did deliver great service.

Fix AUTO was recommended to us by our insurance company (State Farm). It was the best auto repair experience we ever had. The damage was minor but they completed the work very quickly, at very low cost (including our $500 deductible) and it looked like new when we picked it up! We highly recommend Fix Auto !!!
