$2.50/hr, $12 all day or $6 all night. Or pay to park on curb with 3 hr limit. El Barrio Cantina: across from restaurant has own parking lot for 2 hrs parking complimentary to customers. This 4th Street is cool to chill on, and i will see a movie at the art house when a flick i want shows.
