Equipment breaks down that doesn't get repaired. The elevator has been out of operation for more than a month. 1 of 3 assault bikes, the same.

It’s almost impossible to review a place if I have never had a chance to join it or even walk through the front doors much further than the front desk, I found this place to be condescending and welcoming a bit rude at times and I left feeling almost like I don’t deserve a membership at their at their gym so we’ll just put it this way I wouldn’t go to this gym if they paid me at this point. Not to mention after clients walked past them I heard them talking behind their back so I didn’t feel like that was very professional either not to be rude to you guys but come on you need to tighten it up a little bit.

The Sauna has been out of service for over a Month and I ask the employees and the give me the run around saying itll be ready in a week. The only reason i decided for this gym over others in the área was BC of the sauna, its making me want to cancel my membership

This place has dirty restrooms. Elevator never works sauna, never works. Sinks in the restroom are not working to wash your hands.Most of the time there's no toilet paper in the stalls when you report something to staff, they don't care

A little crowded but it’s really nice. Also the elevator doesn’t work right now so that limited my workout since I’m temporarily on a knee scooter. You can do almost everything on the second floor though so it wasn’t too much of a bummer. I definitely liked the overall experience

Gym stays pretty clean despite being super busy most of the time. Staff is friendly and attentive.
The escape room comes in clutch if you want a more private workout and don’t mind the extra cost.
