I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS GOODWILL. THEY NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT I have purchase lots of items on shopgoodwill.com from different goodwill and if I had any issues they will fix the issue but this location doesn’t care is all about the money. found out when you buy a camera not tested means it doesn’t work you are buying junk that I’m sure it was tested and didn’t work so they sell it not tested. I did contact this Goodwill store about the item and was told they aren’t going to do anything about it.Shame on this GOODWILL for selling tactics ..Contacted goodwill and was told they can’t do anything about it. I will file a complaint with corporate office. Will write the outcome. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Online ordering from this store is ridiculous. I asked a simple question, but did not get a response for over a week after the item ended. Terrible customer service.

I won on online auction from this location, after paying I have waited 15 days for any shipping conformation but nothing and 3 customer service tickets over 5 days have been ignored, I do not recommend doing anything with this location.

This review is for the online Shop Goodwill portion of this location. I resell handbags & purchase $1500-$2000 a month, mostly from Shop Goodwill. This is only the 2nd location I’ve had an issue with and I’ve ordered from 15+. I’m now on day 12 waiting for a return authorization for a Tory Burch bag with undisclosed damage.
Additionally, I have 2 large orders that were paid for 7 days ago. They still haven’t shipped.
I will not be purchasing from this location ever again.

One of the ADC workers refused to take my donation. She said it was trash and even insulted me when I said I'll take it to another store. I know for a fact that what I have is valuable and could at least go into miscellaneous. Can't believe a former employee like myself knows more about handling donations and dealing with donors than that current worker. Things like this make me hesitant to donate at times since you never know who is taking their job seriously to recycle used goods rather than trashing because they don't understand what it is.

BEST store manager ever ! All workers are very nice. A different goodwill location messed up by overcharging me and the store manager Gary , fixed there mistake immediately! Thanks for being great with your customer service .

I went to buy adult diapers for my mom. The package had no size mark on package so I took it up to the cashier and asked if he can open it so I can see if they will fit my mom . Employee name Macy that's name she gave me told I had to buy them and if they didn't fit then that was on me I can not return I think that is unfair to make me buy something that May not be any use . Mikes was a great cashier! He is so sweet he needs a raise! The manager is also so patient, friendly with his staff. it is really great to see how well they work together. The store is so clean and organized my favorite goodwill. Everyone is so kind I am a little shocked at the hospitality.
