Pro one of the worst Goodwills I’ve been to and I have been to a lot. There are never carts, no changing room, hardly any mirrors. It is always in disarray and dirty. Never enough staff and always looking around to find someone to check me out.

I’ve been shopping at this Goodwill location for the past 17 years and am so sad to see the current condition of the store. I understand that the location has become challenging, but over the past year the interior of the store has become an absolute dump. Clothes and dust bunnies all over floors and the racks are a mess. They closed the dressing rooms after COVID and now there is only one mirror in the entire store! There are never enough shopping carts and an employee told me that they keep getting stolen.
The staff is always friendly but not sure the current management is giving them the right guidance…
I love thrift shopping and this used to be my go to Goodwill, but other nearby Goodwills and other thrift shops in Long Beach offer a so much better experience.
Maybe Goodwill corporate needs to stop by this location and have a look one day soon….

I was running late for work this morning but stopped by to drop off a donation. Fortunately Mike was able to help me with this in a timely manner and even offered me a donation receipt. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely be coming back.

Very easy to drop off your things in the labeled containers behind the store. Also parking was good.

I use to love coming to this location. Unfortunately for the past year or so this place has really gone downhill. The largest inconvenience being the fact that you can't use their dressing rooms anymore. During the pandemic I completely understood the reasoning, however before you could bring items back and exchange for credit in store if they did not fit correctly. Now, they refuse to allow access to the dressing rooms (no signage stating this either) and do not allow refunds or exchanges anymore. Instead they instruct you to put the items on top of your own clothing in the middle of the store. This is a ridiculous solution for buying clothing attire.

I'll start by saying that this location does have decent donations. However I started paying attention to their "sale." For example, on days where yellow tags are 50% off you will not find a single item with a yellow tag. I truly believe they are taking these items off the floor. You'll never get anything at a discount. I would recommend the salvation army that's a few blocks away. You will definitely find items with a sale tag there.
