I was running late for work this morning but stopped by to drop off a donation. Fortunately Mike was able to help me with this in a timely manner and even offered me a donation receipt. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely be coming back.

Very easy to drop off your things in the labeled containers behind the store. Also parking was good.

I use to love coming to this location. Unfortunately for the past year or so this place has really gone downhill. The largest inconvenience being the fact that you can't use their dressing rooms anymore. During the pandemic I completely understood the reasoning, however before you could bring items back and exchange for credit in store if they did not fit correctly. Now, they refuse to allow access to the dressing rooms (no signage stating this either) and do not allow refunds or exchanges anymore. Instead they instruct you to put the items on top of your own clothing in the middle of the store. This is a ridiculous solution for buying clothing attire.

I'll start by saying that this location does have decent donations. However I started paying attention to their "sale." For example, on days where yellow tags are 50% off you will not find a single item with a yellow tag. I truly believe they are taking these items off the floor. You'll never get anything at a discount. I would recommend the salvation army that's a few blocks away. You will definitely find items with a sale tag there.

This young man Jackson and Nat have beautiful customer service. Jackson was on the floor, and he was on top of things. When I asked him a question or price check, he was on top of it and had excellent customer care. Nat was sweet and friendly. She was the cashier, Nat wrapped and protected my items and checked everyone with a friendly smile. Found a few treasures here. It's a good place to shop!

Many rows of clothes. Their dresses are organized by color. They have lots of bags, shorts, sweaters, blouses, pants, etc. There is some home decor, furniture, and shoes. The dressing room was very unkept. There were so many clothes everywhere. I couldn't put my clothes or phone anywhere. I hope they can work on cleaning out their changing rooms

i went in with intentions of paying for clothes when i walked in i was shopping fine for a few minutes there was a specific brand of pants i was looking for so i took my time looking while shopping i started to feel like i was being watched i wasn't aware that dressing rooms weren't available for use and seen other people using them i had went in to try on the clothes i picked out to see if i liked the way they fit on me i struggle with self image and wouldn't want to buy something i will never wear bc of the way it fits as i'm in the middle of of trying on clothes a staff member knocks aggressively at the door and orders me to get out then tried to open the door while i was taking off the stores pants i asked that he give me a second seeing as i wasn't dressed and he just repeated i get out rushing me then falsely accusing me of opening dressing rooms once i was done i opened the door and started putting the pants back on the hanger as he rushed me to just leave it there and get out after this incident i was discouraged to buy anything i was deeply upset and uncomfortable i'd also like to say while trying on clothes i noticed the clothes were dirty 1 shirt had smelled really bad of body odor another shirt had food on it and the pants had oil or dirt on them i just wanted to get some new clothes i'm currently homeless looking for work and housing and whatever valuable belongings that belong to me such as expensive make up and clothing had gotten stolen from me while i was unfortunately in the hospital i went into goodwill looking for affordable decent quality clothing and instead I was falsely profiled and made uncomfortable i feel very discouraged to shop most times because of situations like this but i guess it will be something i have to get comfortable with until i can get back on my feet again i guess

they are soooo expensive. how can they charge so much for clothes they get for free? they also get free labor. why not help people by charging a realistic price for a pair of jeans. I took 3 items to the cash register...little trinkit stuff. $17.97 for garbage...all your accomplishing is adding a huge inventory.

Easy free parking in back. Efficient donation service in back with easy pull up to unload. Inside, they sell used clothing that has been cleaned at kinda high prices. Preying on people who don't or won't or cannot go to Ross or Walmart or Marshall's. I was looking at their kitchen stuff. Overpriced junk.

Find great stuff at awesome prices. I found so many beautiful things! I got a globe that lights up. Some beautiful dishes a partial set that are blue and white. They look Japanese they're only $4 since it was only a partial set. Two beautiful gray sweater dresses. They're a little pricey for a thrift store but every week a different color price tag is half price.

I am only familiar with the donation area, which I come often to donate the good movie props to (I shop at other goodwills and donate only here cause I don't want to buy previous props, LOL). I really like how they have huge bins, labeled (very convenient). The staff members seem very nice when I get the chance to interact with them. Big suggestion: to have an area for fragile items (like glasses or porcelain), maybe like a shelf unit so it doesn't get broken if the items are at the bottom and other items get thrown on top.
