The store is meant for a wealthy family Because of their extremely high prices. Video games are 6 dollars that is insane especially because when the people donate they don’t get the money only a receipt. and at one time there was a old nice lady that was a employee and while I was walking around the store she looked at me weirdly near the glass display. another time I purchase a Ninja Turtles 4 film set on dvd and the employee said the three dollar price tag was home decor and she change the price for six dollars like come on why are you charging three more dollars. another time I got a cat squishmellow and the asian lady pulled off the tag and said it was eight dollars and she pulled off the tag on my mom small drawer she wanted to get for my sisters and it was a lot more expensive and we walked out afterwords we talked about it in the car while we were driving on our way home The store will be nice if they lower the prices and clean up the store according of what I saw on the reviews. I just rememberedI saw a vcr/dvd combo player with the remote for $30. that’s insane’ Y’all better be paying your employees right

Shopping is ok. Usually organized, often clean. Donating has been a bad experience. It’s guesswork whether they’ll take your items that day. I’ve tried mornings and afternoons, all kinds of items. The only consistent thing is they’re kinda rude when they decline. “Can’t take that” is about as polite as it gets. Otherwise they ignore you. Wish I had better stuff to include but that’s how it’s been.

Horrible attitude from the people taking donations. They won’t even take your donation if they don’t feel like it. Stay away!!! Give to AMVETS or Salvation Army.

I called ahead and asked if they take electronics? They do and I say I will be there shortly. Arrive at 7 pm and guy says they stopped for the day. Yep, would rather close up shop and go home EARLY than to deal with more work.

The prices are unbelievable. Either this location is a franchise or the employees are taking the good things home and marking up the trash they don’t want in order to still hit their sales goals.I also was disheartened to see prices on children’s things. Diapers for 8 dollars and a hot wheel for 3 dollars. Single mothers on a budget don’t seem to be welcome there.Drop your things off at homeless shelters or Salvation Army if you actually care about your things going to the people that need them.

Came in on 12/12/22 @ 2:40 cashier(tall black guy )was so rude! I asked him what was the color of the day and he just pointed and walked off. Had no idea what that meant so I left. Never again. So unnecessary to work in the community with this kind of attitude.

Called ahead today and they said they take donations til 7. Showed up 6:20 and the donation guy said they closed at 6:30. When I pointed out they said they were open til 7 and it wasn’t even 6:30, he said we could cover our license plates and drop it off after closing when no one’s around.

Store is supposed to open at 10 on Saturdays. Doors didn’t open until 10:10. This is a pretty small store. The dressing rooms are open.

Denied my donation because they didn't want to work. Exactly what the big guy with curly hair told me. I guess that's goodwill policy. If you don't want to work deny service.

I've been donating to this Goodwill facility a lot lately because I've been purging all my belongings. I love how easy, efficient, & quick this facility handles donations. From Seal Beach Blvd, I go north just past Ball/ Wardlow, turn right into the alley behind the corner store, & go straight to the drop off area behind Goodwill. The staff there could be friendlier but they help unload if you need help & provide a receipt to you, if requested. I highly recommend this facility.

Still have regrets about the clock I didn't buy. Nice store.. really nice staff - everyone has always been really lovely and I've gone in a bunch of times. Found a pretty amazing Garfield Halloween decoration, some kids water shoes.. rarely what I went in for, but always something I needed.

They make donating a cinch and staff was always helpful. The set up in the back made it easy to pull up open your trunk and drop of donations.
