This is my go-to store for family and friends! The ladies are incredibly helpful and always take plenty of time with me to make sure I'm happy with my purchases. They clearly know the brand and always seem to point me in the right direction with all my questions. Love this store! Love these ladies! Love this brand (just wish they'd bring back the teacher discount)!

Their inexpensive/costume jewelry for the price is great..BUT my husband bought me a bracelet from their fine line ($210) for Christmas and I was already taking it in by the end of January because it broke. They happily exchanged it and put a new one on me. That was Jan. 31st. Literally driving 3 days later and realize it's just gone. It didn't snag or anything. Just fell off. I called and a girl said they couldn't do anything about it in store, but to contact them through their website. I got no response. I called and they said there's nothing they can do. Such a shame. I understand not being able to do anything for a lost piece..but I had just had problems with the same bracelet. Not even a discount or credit?!

I visited Gorjana for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Casey helped me to pick out a necklace, she was very knowledgeable on all products and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be returning!

Best Gojana experience yet! Jenna is a huge asset and I am so grateful for her assistance during my resent visit.For background reference, I have been buying Gorjana pieces for years, I've lost track of how long but way back when they only had one location. I have been to at least 4 of their locations throughout Southern California. My trip to the Long Beach location was one of the best experiences I've had to date.The reason I am so loyal to this brand is the way they stand behind its quality. I like having a mix of costume jewelry and fine jewelry and I can find that with Gorjana. The pros to costume jewelry is that it allows me to play with trends (with less regret) and when I travel I don't worry about losing jewelry as much. The cons are that gold-plated jewelry tarnishes. I had just about sworn to never buy any more until I found Gorjana. When the jewelry tarnishes they will either replace it, replace it with something of equal value, or have it redipped and mended. That guarantee is almost unheard of and why I stay a loyal customer.Last Sunday I went into the Long Beach location they patiently helped me replace several of the pieces I had collected over the years that had gotten tarnished (even on the weekend before Valentine's day, which is very busy time for them). Jenna was so kind, patient, and helpful words can't express how grateful I was. I needed to catch a flight to LAX that afternoon and was trying to squeeze one last errand in. Given the other reviews here, I was a little nervous but I needed to risk it since Long Beach was the closest location to me at the time. I am so glad I didn't listen to the other reviews and went in! Jenna (and some of the other gals) were so lovely and took such good care of me that they literally renewed my faith in the brand and have helped make me a loyal customer for years to come. I have noticed over the years as they have expanded they have had to hire more staff and they are often young women, some of who still look like they are in high school. And yes some of their customer services skills could be a lot better but I've never felt anyone was outright mean. Maybe lacking some life skills but never rude. I'm going to give them a break as I would have hoped someone would have given me when I was a young woman.My experience at this location was so positive that I had to write a review, especially after seeing so many negative reviews. I want to make sure people aren't scared away for lack of more information.

Went in and spent 250 on 5 pieces. Girl who "helped" me was totally bothered when asked her for additional bags for the 3 items I bought that were gifts. Customer service thrown out the door and she just tossed my items in a bag and took my money. I get you are over the holidays but you still have to service customers appropriately. Other customers being helped were having their gifts wrapped with no problem. Funny how she found two extra bags when I kept pushing because they were gifts. Be better Gorjana.

Ok, their customer service could be betterBut their stuff is really cute! It's holiday shopping time and my girlfriend got me hooked on their stuff (she always gifted me their amazing candles and a couple other pieces) I honestly had no idea we had a location in Long Beach Personally I think their jewelry is a great price and I love their dainty pieces. I have some ring sets that I wear often from here. The ONLY thing I think is unreasonable is their candle price (I still buy it anyways) I can't even describe what it smells like. It honestly smells like you're at a high end spa and it comes in a beautiful container. I always reuse it once the candle is all used. If you are into minimal pieces or layering necklaces then I highly recommend this place

I love their jewelry. But now this store is "cash less" and when I went to exchange an item they refused to reimburse me the difference and would only give me store credit. This definitely makes me think twice if I should continue buying from them!

Okay so I get what people were saying about the employee thing. They probably had about 5 employees in this tiny store. One girl came up to help me and when I told her I was just looking, she went back to the group to chat with them. When I did have a question about pricing, they called the first girl who approached me so I'm guessing they have some sort of a strict commission structure.Although that was a bit awkward, she was super friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and even helped me try on some of the jewelry. They had a large collection of dainty necklaces-- exactly what I was looking for!

I had a good experience here, the woman that helped me and my boyfriend was super nice!! Just noticed from the corner of my eye another employee was giving me and my boyfriend a dirty look which made us a bit uncomfortable, but other than that, it was such a cute store!

I get compliments on my earrings all of the time and love all of my fine jewelry from there. The girls there make commission on sales and have to make their numbers, so expect their attention when you come in.

I entered this very empty store with the intention of buying...five employees all turned and starred at me. To say I felt unwelcome was an understatement. I tried to take a look around but of their jewelry didn't have any visible prices and I sure wasn't going to ask the employees who were busy talking amongst themselves. Don't waste your time nor money. Honestly starting to think Gorjana trains their employees to sell to only a specific type of customer...put a starbucks there instead.

I was so excited to finally walk in to a store after seeing their products on social media for so long! Unfortunately the vibes here are just not it. We got stares as we walked in and I had to stare back to get a "hello, welcome" from the group of conventionally attractive white girls at the door. As if it was an inconvenience that we walked in. It took a while until one of them walked up to ask us if we needed help, almost as if they all drew straws to see who had to assist us. I was really interested in a few pieces but it wasn't worth the lackluster experience from the associates. Safe to say I won't be going back.
