Every time I travel the station is closed, why is it there’s always a lady that comes inside before the buses are departing but she doesn’t let anyone inside. She just sit inside the booth.?

They stole our money, because they told us the bus was supposed to leave at 12:50 and we arrived there earlier and it was gone. We asked for our refund, and they denied. Bad customer service.
