El servicio no es amable. Los chóferes están de malas siempre. Al final es un servicio pero parece que te hacen un favor

They stole our money, because they told us the bus was supposed to leave at 12:50 and we arrived there earlier and it was gone. We asked for our refund, and they denied. Bad customer service.

AVOID! Do not book anything with them. I had bought my ticket for today (New Years Eve) to leave from Long Beach to go north for 12:55pm, as I'm getting ready head there, an email is sent saying they're running 2 hours and 5 min behind and won't leave till 3pm now. I get there early regardless just in case, I'm there till 240 and I'm told that the bus driver is not coming after all. They skipped the stop and I would have to go to Los Angeles and be delayed by several more hours and not get to my destination till past 1am. Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. Avoid at all costs and do not do business with them.

Greyhound bus from Long Beach to Tijuana cost me $90 for round trip fare. Purchased an Economy Extra with priority boarding. This was not needed as they do not even ask you what type of ticket you have. Driver did not provide priority boarding to me. Bus had four stops through some of the worse areas of town. Bus driver said heater didn't work on this very cold morning. If you know Spanish great if you do not it is terrible as Drivers only want to speak in Spanish. Upon finally arriving in Tijuana and informed to get off to go through Mexican customs and immigration, the driver said he would wait on the other side for us to come out. Unfortunately when I came out the bus was gone and I was stranded. I had to pay another shuttle to take me to the final destination stop. Also the Greyhound app gives the incorrect address to the bus station in Tijuana. You can never reach anyone using their phone numbers. The actual location is the Tijuana Central Bus Station. Rude counter person there as well.

Well when I first got on the bus in Roanoke VA going to LBC, the bus drivers talk to you as if you were a little kid then our bus broke down and we set for 5 hours at a truck stop until they fixed it and then the bus smelled so bad cause of the bathroom and there was no toilet paper and then one of the passengers on the bus had a seizure and we told the bus driver but he never once stopped or even called to get him help so the passengers on the bus helped the man, Then where we were hours behind the guy was driving so reckless and speeding and when we stopped the driver had left 4 or 5 passengers at a McDonald’s in Arizona I believe it was so far as customer service no they don’t have any. They really need to know how to talk to people and if there’s an emergency they need to get help and pull over.

I arrived at the terminal and checked the bus tracker it said the bus was delayed until 11:37am so I stepped away to get some coffee. I checked the tracker again and it further said the bus was delayed an additional 10 minutes. Walked back to the bus station and checked tracker again and it said the bus had arrived at 11am and was already gone. Furious, I called customer service and was first hung up on by the outsourced overseas agent; called back and requested escalation to supervisor for refund. was told supervisor would be right with me. After being on hold for 20 minutes I was then told there was no supervisor available to help me. First last and only experience with Greyhound. Bought a business class ticket on Amtrak for the same price as the economy ticket on Greyhound. There is a cafeteria car, I can get up and walk around, and the leg room is gluttonous. Do yourself a favor and take the train. They run on time and are reliable.

Greyhound stations could use some remodeling but it serves the most basic of needs while waiting for your bus.

I had recently had to ship some packages to New York for a friend. I have never done this before nor did I know greyhound offered this. I was skeptical about it but when I arrived the lady at the window was super helpful and nice. Her name was Gladys, she made this process so easy and convenient. It took less than 15 mins. To get it all done. She was on it and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciate helpful and kind customer service! Thank you Gladys!

This is more of a review of Greyhound in general. But I just spent $40 ubering to the greyhound station, and found out at the front desk that my bus was cancelled. There was no email notification or anything. I came here to post this and I see that Greyhound is extremely unreliable.

Bus is always late. They won’t let you wait inside if you bus leaves in the morning. But it’s the most economical way to travel.
