I love going to Harbor Freight and avoiding Home Depot down the street if possible! Harbor Freight is significantly smaller than Home Depot however, they carry all the essentials. They often have great deals and sales going on and it's always much cheaper to get your stuff here vs other hardware stores.There are random things that they don't seem to have like assortments of nuts, bolts, screws, etc. Or any lumber or large pieces like that. I came here looking for a specific bolt for my bike and they don't have any loose things like that. More the tools for that sort of stuff.I would definitely recommend coming here to search for your house/tool needs first, you'll save a good amount!

I was here at the Long beach location on 10/12/23 receipt posts the time being 10:27:29 A.M. I purchased there spectrum paint system and adapter at there Lakewood location and was directed by manager to the Long Beach location for exchange of the correct adapter. The girl at the LB. Location said that the machine would not alow the exchange at the same price I paid which was the $3.75 from $4.99 because I was returning part of the bundle I had purchased. She wanted me to pay the difference. When she made it clear she could do nothing, that's when I asked for a manager. I told her that they should be able to do the override.Manager's if you are reading this please look at your video surveillance!!! She be grudgingly went to get the Manager and he, came up and said "do the override." I then told her that I didn't appreciate her attitude and unwillingness to fix the problem like I was a inconvenience to her. She then proceeded to say I attacked her because her manager is standing there. Please please ? please roll tape Mr Manager. Look at the video, When it was clear she was unwilling to help it was THEN I asked for a manager and her body language was like,"He is not going to help you". She then PROCEEDS TO TELL ME " I don't appreciate you and your attitude. I told her she needed to find a different job because you don't treat customers that way.Long and short of it, she went on and on about her customer experience, but I guess her experience doesn't include handling situations with customers and searching for a solution instead of just telling them sorry but you are just going to have to do it my way, "Please pay the extra $1.75".Forget about the thousands of dollars I have spent in their stores over the years. Yes, Manager's, you can look that up too. She's gonna spit in my face over $1.75 . I tell you what, if I was raised from a different part of town , things would have gone much differently. I think most people would have completely lost it .People, this is what ignorance looks like .P.S. side note.For the girls who has been in customers service over 15 years. Maybe you should look in the mirror because you are still in a retail store at the bottom of the ladder and still just an associate. If you were doing such great things, you should have been in management by now but instead your not and are probably making entry level wages which by itself, there is nothing wrong with that. It just tells me that even YOU don't think your worth more.

All of the people that work here are so nice & helpful, I like going there! Now, is it because this is a fairly new store that opened? Well, I say keep the good hospitality going even when this store is not considered new!I went to another store in an adjoining city & none of the workers didn't even have a smile on their face! One worker went in front of me while I was looking at products with a big dolly & just looked at me. No pardon me, or can I help you with anything!!?? The cashier was equally unfriendly, I left that store & didn't buy anything.So Harbor Freight on 33rd St, Long Beach, please continue how you're doing business. It brings satisfied customers into and back to your place of business, thank you!

Didn't realize they had opened up, saw an ad some place for free stuff y'all know I love free stuff . There were several items to choose from I opted for 4-IN-1 screwdriver. Something to have in my toolbox for my DIY projects. Mark the manager super nice helped me, I signed up for perks a yearly membership is 29.99 it's a great deal . I must admit I love tools, working with my hands is therapeutic for me.....

First time to visit this place, impression was a very clean and organized store. Employees are very polite and helpful to everybody.The store have many good items at a very inexpensive prices in compare to other stores.The parking lot is very clean, many spaces to park.I would recommend to visit, browse this store and buy a few items and find out for yourself, it is worth it!!!I would be coming back for any other tools or items that I will might need!!!

They literally discrimate against gas vehicles more than half of the parking lot is ev parking and the non ev is the furthest from the store. I drove to the lakewood location where they don't build slavery supporting parking lots.
