It was great! Even got a better car rented than the one chosen, for the same price. Couldnt get a hold of them over the phone, but everything else was awesome. I even forgot an item in the car. Went back the day after dropping the car off and they quickly resorted the matter, returning me my missing item

The lady at the pickup counter was very courteous and professional. She made me feel appreciated as a customer. The guys in the lot were also courteous. An all round positive experience.

First of all the local phone number is useless after 5 rings auto-hang up, I tried all day. When I get to the airport busy on the phone, no customer, still have to wait till he finished his phone conversation. Short, impolite, unprofessional, incompetence gave me phone number to cancel my reservation that have every option of service but to cancel the reservation.

I came all the way from bay area and rented they put a 200 dollar hold on my credit card. I did not sign up for there fuel . I topped of the gas before i dropped the car off and they charged me for gas and the deposit. They comitted fraud!!!

Rude customer service,hidden fees, up selling. They never answer there phone when you call them. Im booking someone else next time.
Check your credit card they over charge you. Car was not what I booked and it was dirty.
Don't do it.
