This hotel is absolutely wonderful!! Staff is great, bar/restautant in lobby with Starbucks is good & convenient and the included shuttle in immediate area is a nice thing also. We were totally enthralled with the welcoming of the ducks that you can pick a few to take home!!

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed, luxury price but not luxury feel. Had to pay for parking, charge $100 for a random incidental, would never stay here or a Hilton ever again because even the workers were not the nicest.
Update:
I understand they place a hold on my card in case of something, but its the fact I was charged $100 with no indication of what nor an email or a receipt.

Love the location but the room’s are dirty and no hot water in the shower . Checked in the room to discover hair all over the bathroom. towel’s were dirty brown and no hot water. Called front desk no answer called from my cell phone and they answered. Felt like I was begging them to do there job. Never got the hot water fixed. This is definitely not a 4 Star hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise and it was a great experience. Although we were NOT promised a early check in we were accommodated very early in respect to regular check in times. The room was very clean and beds were soft. The best part was definitely the staff. I'd like to give a huge shout out to Chef Fabian !!! Coolest guy I've met in awhile and hes a monster in the kitchen. He was sanpling the fresh pasta in the lobby and I became hooked. My family decided to have dinner at The Loft Restaurant on site and Chef Fabian kept the great food coming ... amazing chicken wings, perfectly cooked pastas, delicious soups and a wonderful dessert. A big big thank you to our server Zoe for the great service and conversation. It was a great evening and stay before our cruise. We will definitely be back, thanks again to the ENTIRE hilton long beach staff!

We caught a shuttle after we got back from our cruise, and enjoyed the cabana until it was time to go to the airport. We were an hour and a half early, but it wasn't busy so we got to go in. We were alao able to leave our luggage at the front desk as well, which was very convenient.

The heating would not work, only blew cold air at 80degree.
Shower head barely sprayed water.

Nice hotel with a restaurant and bar. We loved our balcony room where we could relax and enjoy the breeze late at night. Ashley at the front desk was very welcoming, kind and accomodating. Very good customer service with a great attitude.

Stayed here for a Carnival cruise and did the cruise and park package. Love the ducks in the hotel lobby and Alex was amazing driving me (and more people) to and from the hotel to the cruise port. Highly recommend!

Stayed one night this weekend and hands down the best Hilton I have stayed at! Every employee treated me with such kindness and made me feel welcome. A huge shoutout to Juan at the front desk who was incredibly helpful and such a cool dude who made my one night stay that more memorable! Everyone from the bartender, baristas to the security(esp night) was so cool and fun to talk to!! No doubt I will be staying here again!! Thank you Hilton LB!🔥🤘🏼🙏🏼
