AVOID!!! I got a CPAP machine and mask from them. The manager has zero knowledge about these products. I later found out that they gave me a different mask and machine than what was on the prescription. My insurance was already billed and I have no recourse. I found another provider with expertise in sleep apnea and paid out of pocket for the correct mask. The office staff is helpful, but not knowledgeable about product options.

This is a great place to get medical supplies and equipment. They have a wide selection of walkers, assisted stand up recliners, shower chairs, and bathroom aids. “Fabbia” Dasani gave me the best customer service! She is great! Get your DME from here! Highly recommended!

I needed a custom wheelchair for my grandma, a tech drove out, custom measured her for everything, and delivered it for her faster than I expected. Also bought a CPAP machine for my grandfather. Great people, super helpful, highly recommend for any medical supply needs.

Horrible place! I called the day before to inquire about an item. The customer service was lacking. She eventually stated that the store carried the item (cervical pillows). I took a the hour bus ride for the clerk to tell me that the previous clerk was mistaken. They had no cervical pillows in stock. Waste of time!

Mr . Pervis the manager is very nice and very professional!His staff is also very kind and communicative.This business is clean and always helpful.They follow all covid safety protocols as well.My scooter had a tiny steering issue. The manager dealt with it rather quickly and im greatful!I love my scooter! It has changed my life!

My son sprained his ankle, and his doctor prescribed him crutches and a walking boot. So, I needed crutches and a boot for him and they had both. Who knew finding a place that had both in stock AND also took insurance was so hard to find? Both ladies I spoke with on the phone were terrific, and the one we saw in the store was great. Friendly, straightforward, and quick.

They are OK but aren't really into customer service or helping people. If you need something in an urgent situation it's fine in a pinch but they come across as indifferent. They had what I needed but didn't care if I bought it. If you can find somewhere else to go, it's best to do that.

Rude and unresponsive to orders. Made to feel they were doing me a favor by taking them my business. Respiratory therapist extremely rude misogynistic and racist. Would give zero if possible. Reported to my insurance.

My sister was so excited to get a new Wheelchair. Her husband took off work early to pick it up. They gave her the smaller standard wheelchair. I called the next day and spoke to Pam who was very nice. The thing I would not rate this place well is that they refused to deliver the next size up with out us paying a fee. I felt this was unfair since they didn’t deliver the first one and now her husband has to leave early again. Next piece of equipment I will go to another business.

I am frustrated and pissed off !!! No sense of customer service from this company. This company just sends whatever hardware (sleep apnea tubes and head gear) they want. My insurance pays for products and the company doesn't care about the comfort of their customers. I've received three different types of nasal pillows, which are not comfortable. The company makes changes to my hardware without my consent.
