Human Touch has been very fair with me. The rollers wore through the fabric on my chair. My chair was still under warranty but the model was no longer available. They are sending me a new upgraded chair as a replacement.

Great chair! I Use at least 3-4 times a week and I sleep so well after the massage. Love this fantastic Christmas gift and love this chair. Seriously, it has many options and each one really gets at the knots out and makes me feel relaxed.

Connie Chow was extremely cordial and helpful to and for me. My Human Touch PC0864 was purchased in early 2014 and at this time, there is no "padding" remaining in the back or seat cushions. Connie explained that after 10 years of use, the padding would be flattened out (or words to that affect) and understood why I was inquiring about replacements. Given the age of the chair (ALL other features are working great - heat & massage), I wasn't very hopeful anything could be done. But Connie checked and told me replacements were available and we were able to conclude our business and I now have replacement cushions! I am very pleased with the new replacements. Connie also sent instructions on how to change out the cushions and it was a bit challenging, but went well. Patience is the key. The only negative was that the cushions were shipped to the wrong address. I was able to track and retrieve them because of the tracking information that Human Touch sent me when the cushions shipped. Thank you VERY much!!Kindest regards, Greg Durski Fort Worth, TX

I purchased a Human Touch manual recliner years ago and after daily usage, the frame was still solid but the the pad needed to be updated. I contacted customer service to see if a replacement pad was even an option since I really did not want to buy an entire new chair. The service was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way and my new replacement pad is on the way.

They replied promptly to my concerns a gave clear instructions about supplying them w the info they needed to help me. I love their massage chair - I've had it since the early 2000’s. It only need a minor adjustment to the base after all this time of steady use.

When I went to shop for a massage chair and I saw the Human Touch Supernovo at the store, I did not look any further because of the sleek look and colors to choose from. Then I tested the chair and was sold instantly. This chair has helped me tremendously to manage my back pain which I use every morning before I start my daily activities. The support I have received from the customer service when I had mechanical issues, has no equal. I definitely recommend this chair to anyone who wants to experience the ultimate luxury of a massage chair.

This was my Christmas gift (2022] and it was hands down the best gift I ever received. I had a problem with it this Sept (2023) and when I contacted customer service their response was quick and very positive. I have had this chair for 2years, and must say that it has allowed me to keep out of the chiropractor Office the whole time. Many reviews have complained that it doesn't give deep massage, but I beg to differ. Just remove the pads and it's great. No issues with function and I use it daily for up to 3 half hour sessions. A little clunky during directional changes and limited versatility in programming but it is an entry level model and REASONABLY affordable. My only reason for only 4 stars is that it is like having my girlfriend who has no coordination giving me a massage.

I had a mechanical failure in my Human Touch Wholebody 7.1 massage chair where the kneading function stopped working.The support from Human Touch was excellent. Their communication was quick, precise, and informative with detailed steps for the onsite warranty repair via Furniture Solutions Network (FSN). A new part arrived by FedX a couple days later. I was able to schedule a next-day onsite repair with FSN. Michael, the FSN service tech, arrived at 11:15am, disassembled the massage chair and replace the defective massage mechanism, and was done in less than an hour. Everything works! Thank you HumanTouch and Furniture Solutions Network for excellent customer service.

I had a problem with the delivery team who brought our chair. I thought they were going to drop it of sooner not realizing we had white glove delivery instead. I called Human Touch and demanded a call back from a manager. The manager called me and said” please tell me how you feel so the rest of your day is not ruined by us” I was shocked. He explained to me how deliveries work on speaker phone for my wife and I and provided tips and suggestions before the guys came. Human Touch has really good service and leadership.Thank you for your time,Kevin Saxton

My mother-in-law was having trouble with her chair. I was hesitant to contact because I figured they would provide poor service, which is what we currently receive. No, the service was excellent! I spoke with a young lady who assisted me and was really honest and forthright. I spoke with her manager, who assured me that the chair would be repaired as soon as possible, and he made it happen. It is simple to find what you want to buy, but it is difficult to find customer service to assist you, and Human Touch has a great crew

After a couple years, the fake leather upholstery started delaminating, peeling and coming off in flakes and sheets. The company would do nothing more than offer to sell me new cushions and side panels. They said it was “well loved” and this is to be expected. The cost of all the parts to repair cost as much as the chair which is in the thousands. Buyer beware. May look nice at purchase but it will look horrible a couple years from now. And you’ll be “on your own”.

Daniel Kageyama welcomed us like family in his showroom today. We were able to try some of the units and loved the quality and performance of the chairs. the sales rep was knowledgeable and assertive. Looking forward to do more business with you.
