Not a fan of the guy. I walked in to check out the shop because it was literally 3 blocks from my house. I wanted to support a local business. So, I came in wanting to repair several Air Jordans and Rare Nike Dunks SB from the 2001-2010 era, and I was willing to pay a lot to get these repaired for sentimental reasons. I like to strike a conversation before I do business. But if I'm wrong about certain information cause I've been out of the game, you don't have to act aggressive because you believe you're more correct. I at least can admit that I am wrong, but it doesn't matter. Sometimes people want to make a conversation before doing business and that you're someone that can be trusted with rare shoes. I wouldn't let this dude sell anyone's shoes with his lack of social skills and pretentious attitude. We're not at the sneaker convention bro.

If you're looking for somewhere good, this is not place. Two things; service and prices. They're extremely rude to all their customers, especially if you're just browsing. They will buy your items ! But at less than 30% of its value despite it being brand new. Don't sell here if you want profit.

I contacted Illery to inquire if they could restore the color of my New Balance. Going by their reviews, I chose to contact them first. Per their request I provided photos for a quote but I never heard back from them. If it’s not their specialty or simply weren’t interested, at least have the courtesy to respond. Their lack of communication leaves me no choice but to go to another shop. It’s a bummer, Illery is close to my home and prefer to support shops in Long Beach.

I stopped by today to ask about shoe repairs (since they show up as shoe repair on google), and was greeted so genuinely I was in a great mood just upon entering the shop. I was told they mostly do sneaker repairs and referred me to someone else who could repair my heels for a 3rd of the price they would charge. Five stars for honesty, serving the community, and being very clear on their purpose as a business.Send them an email with a pic of your shoes if you wanna see if they can repair them :)And def check out their sneaker customizations - amazing!

This is the coolest sneaker shop in Long Beach! They got some of the rarest limited releases. I picked up a pair of Jordan 3's Retro Infrared for my little nephew. What more can I say, gotta start them young! Not only do they sell new shoes, but they can also repair and restore your favorite pair of shoes. The owner, Ron, is super chill, and he's all about the community, passion, and good vibes. Definitely swing by if you're in the area.
