Hi I've spoken to Mike an IRS Attorney for West Coast Division, Account Mgr, on my file two years ago july-or-Aug of 2021. Reported stolen 50,000,000.00 from a Redfin Payment from April 24-27th 1991. He's also looking into my SSA, Benefits I'm a Medicare patient since 2009, filing income status Exempt for 26years, fraudulently reported by an in-law, along with being employed since 2016. How can I state different a different filing status for each type of income so my boss is satisfied?Brian David Smith.Date of Birth 6-22-1968. © Copyrighted 2023

Went there around 3:45pm just to make a payment like we did last month and an African American Security Guard Wilson act like he is at the White House, came out with his chest stick out and told us to come back the next day and when we retuned the next morning he told us they are not taking any walk/ins and that we should go to LA or Santa Ana disappointed & a waste of my time!!

We went to this office twice time last month and were very positively surprised about the great treatment we got there. Barbara seems like the most senior and knowledgeable officer in the team. She took good time to help us and always come up with workable solutions.On the second time, the officer assigned to us, could not solve our problem, but Barbara jumped in and solve it after few minutes.Barbara was doing very well to help her clients and we have witnessed ourselves for a few times that she tried hard to solve problems and to help many people like us who have not much knowledge about tax issues.Thank you very much Barbara for your great help.Thanh Hoang

So I'm waiting outside of the building in the cold because I don't have an appointment. I don't have an appointment because their phone number literally says that they are too busy to help.Our society doesn't need self serving viruses like the IRS who are so incompetent that they literally hurt us for a living. Thanks for making me have to lose a day of my work, to come find you while you pathetically hide from your own mistakes. You guys need to get a job.Does it even hurt you knowing that you exist based on the citizens who are willing to work for a living and only them? You guys are equivalent to fleas on a stray dog.

You can't even make an appointment you call the one 800 number and it keeps saying we're sorry call back tomorrow. I really need to file my taxes this is ridiculous!! And I am probably gonna get penalized I've been calling since February about my tax problem and no one help me yet.

Excellent service at this location, Barbara was very friendly and she answered all my questions. You have to make an appointment first, and when you come in, the security at the front tells you to come in just a couple of minutes before your appointment time. I came in too early, and I had to wait outside.

How can you make and appointment when every time I call the number it says do to extremely high call volumes you can't make and appointment at this time try again later or the next business day? Can someone guide me on what to do in this case please.

rude and unhelpful. Got a notice with a mistake which should have been obvious - phone rep argued with me about my standard deduction as a 1040SR filer - which is $14,250 they at the IRS entered $12,550 which is $1700 difference and they say I owe them $1,288 - seriously. Can't speak to any one without an apapointment and can't get through - to show them their mistake - wow - they say it takes 6 months to review my dispute by mail and getting anyne on the phone is really not happening.DO BETTER AND WATCH YOUR ENTRY INTO YOUR SYSTEM - OWN YOUR MISTAKE AND DO NOT DISRESPECT TAXPAYERS....SERIOUSLY!!!!

I needed assistance was told it was appointment only office due to COVID. It was a battle to make an appointment but I got one came back a few days later. My issue was resolved right away. Definitely make an appointment before coming to the office. On the day of my appointment it was annoying to have to wait for the helpers. Because they had to talk to everyone who didn't have appointments. The person who helped me spent about 15 minutes talking to everyone who demanded same day service. While I was waiting patiently for an appointment. The people who didn't have an appointment turned out that their issue was caused by them and it wasn't the helpers fault. The website irs.gov not google says you need an appointment. Be nice to them they aren't the ones who are causing you issue more than likely you are.
