Most of the time things go pretty smoothly at K-line. Occasionally you get a clerk who seems to have it out for you....but usually everyone's nice.
Check out the photo...it's my sledgehammer I forgot on the chassis before the top loader slapped the can down on it! Clearly my fault, I just think it's hilarious 🤣

We need robots on its asp because this worker are extremely slow I been waiting for 5 hours and counting just to get the load out from its this place is terrible disgusting all this ppl should be fired immediately and replaced with robots

I will pray every day and hope ITS go out of business soon. Due to ITS's laziness, Highway 710 is congested almost every day. I have told the company today that I will not accept any ITS job. Anyone who likes to be abused should go to ITS. If every company doesn't accept ITS work, then the trucking companies will look for other shipping routes.

They are very rude and very lazy
It seems that the union charges them so they don't work and they can complain about everything. And they give them the authority to treat the drivers very badly 😡😡😡😡

Very disappointed, unprofessional service, we depend on the terminal workers to accomplish our job and we don't have any support from them.

Garbage port. If there is a traffic jam on 710 South, it must be because of this garbage port.

Work was slow and there was racial discrimination on the docks.
This terminal was almost closed last year. Guess why? Because they were inefficient and often caused traffic jams around Long Beach.

At the present time they get trucks loaded, and out quickly. This is a very pleasant difference from 2 years ago when delays seemed to be on purpose.
We are working ideally, the way everyone always wished it was.
