They are very rude when it comes to giving customers a refill. My 6yr old spilled his drink & made a big deal about giving him a refill. Accidents happen. Especially with little kids. I thought the customer was always right?♂️But apparently not with this location. They're very nonchalant. So I wouldn't recommend anyone dining here?

They will give you old food at night. Hard chicken. If you do go, check your food before you drive off. They don’t care about quality. The time is 1:40 am and today is Wednesday morning. Management, you need to retrain the staff that worked today.

This Jack in the box is in the carmalitos. I've visited here ofthen. They really need to do better because depending on what you order. You will get good food. I ordered a salad there. I was on the way home and got home. The salad was rotten and it stink. It actually stunk when it was in the bag on the way home but I thought I had spilled something in the car but that was not the case and so I was very disappoint. It didn't even go back for a long time. But recently January 2nd I was there. I believe in. The breakfast is always hot and good

Seriously horrible customer service! Each time I decide to go, it's because I want something specific and either they don't have the food I want or they make it incorrectly. More recently, I went through the drive thru and the young kid just says "what can I get you?" Instead of greeting people and then doesn't repeat the order back and none...I mean NONE OF THE STAFF, including the joke of a manager they have tell you what you're being handed. They just give you the bag and say nothing, and you have to ask for condiments and napkins. Wish this location would just hire personable people.

Tf is up with Jack in the box lately they've been messing up every order. Asked for two jumbo jacks with no cheese and they put 3 slices of cheese. Not only that, im missing all the condiments and vegetables. How do you fuk up that badly. I usually check but someone ordered for me. The receipt says my exact order too. Train your employees again

Food was fresh Service was not there 3-4 cars in drive thru, 1 person waiting in lobby for food and I'm in line. While waiting for about 10 minutes. Not even an acknowledgment. No Hi; I'll be there as soon as I can. Once I started leaning over the counter to see what taking so long (someone finally said we'll be with you in a sec..... 5 more minutes go by) their still taking orders through Drive-thru and maintaining 3 orders on screen. Looked as though a cashier came back from break. Then he took my order.I figure I'd fill out the survey to get 2 taco. Allow the normal reporting between stores to help correct performance.Guess what Receipt didn't print visibly. Response was the printer messed up. So I asked if there's a number I can call. Nothing.Asked for a manager, I got the shift leader instead. Upon talking to him, he said the same thing about the printer. Didn't know about anyway the store has for a customer to express feedback.I expressed the value of just an acknowledgment/ communication with the customers in lobby goes a long way. He tried to downplay my statement like he wasnt the one in charge. Until I reminded him his position was shift lead meaning he has the responsibility of being a Leader.No sense of urgencyNo friendlinessNo accountability from the shift lead Bare minimum team workUltimately quality of service shouldn't go out the door because your focus on drive thru speed Total time to buy 3 egg rolls 20 min.

Jack in the box does a fantastic job hiring the friendliest workers for their teams, food is always on point, hot and ready, staff friendly, restaurants clean, great value for the money, what else can u ask for.

I went around 1:00 am to get a hamburger with my mom, at first the cashier was very nice, but once we were at the window (Drive Thru) the cashier was very rude, he asked about what sauce do we wanted and he throw the sauce and the bag, he gave us not receipt and or napkins. About the food the fries were disgusting and hard, they were probably old and so nasty, never going again to this place it sucks.

I hate coming but when I do it’s once every year. Some of the workers are rude and they speak in another language as if ppl do not understand them. The Mexican Manager is rude and treats blk ppl wrong and talks in another language to avoid what he really wants to say. They are slow and sometimes don’t wash hand when dealing with cash and then goes back to cook food. This place is dirty
