Dr. Arsi is a much more attentive and better listener than many doctors. She doesn't interrupt you while you are telling her what is wrong and stuff a prescription in your hnd. She listens carefully and tries to help you, not move along to the next patient.

She acts so nice, but I don’t feel like I’m being understood. Melissa Fitzgerald, I believe that’s the practitioner’s name, did not order a full panel bloodwork for me. I have high thyroid and I wanted to get a FULL thyroid panel and they denied me, I wanted my testosterone, insulin, etc checked and they did not. I also went because of a swollen lymph node on my neck, I let Fitzgerald know that I was worried because it’s a lymph node, and she assured me it wasn’t. Went for the ultrasound and indeed it IS my lymph node. I’m not satisfied with the care established. I advice you, if you’re really sick and trying to find the root cause, this is the office to avoid. Remember, Drs work for you, you don’t work for them. YOU KNOE YOUR BODY BETTER THAN THEY DO. ITS NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL SITUATION. This is YOUR health and life.

Brilliant physician, kind and compassionate human. It's pretty much as good as it gets when it comes to doctors. Dr Arsi has been my doctor for 10 years now and I went through hell and back with insurance companies to make sure she is assigned as my primary physician.

Dr. Arsi has been my & my kids’ D.O. for almost 10 years. She has seen both of my kids since they were babies & they are now 10 & 12. We are so fortunate to have her. She listens, has a good bedside manner, doesn’t make you feel rushed & has always gotten me referrals when I’ve needed them. She’s the best!

Dr. Arsi is a nice person but she is not the best at communicating. Also, the receptionist at the front desk was a little rude.

I had a great experience with Dr. Arsi. I came in for a full physical and she even gave me a pap. I thought she was very nice and attentive. The staff were friendly and always followed up when I needed help.

Dr Arsi is very knowledgeable and very kind. She is always available and gets back to you when you call very quickly. The front office is very nice as well and always very pleasant when I come in.

We have been so blessed to find Dr. Arsi and her staff. We moved here from Massachusetts 17 months ago. My husband is disabled with multiple complex medical issues. Me I'm healthy as a horse just a little anxious at times. Dr Arsi and her staff have been so involved in my husbands care and so kind and caring always making time to get him in to see her. Always sending him to the correct specialist when it is appropriate. Always following up with phone calls in the most professional caring way. Thank you so much Dr Arsi and staff for excepting us as patients and welcoming us in such a caring way.

Young doctor with minimal experience, but worst of all she is really arrogant and unprofessional. Expect NO time from her and NO calls back from her. She pushed for tests on me that I already had done and told her of (revenue boost) and refused to spend more than 5 minutes with me after that. Also would not return calls for questions I had. Plenty of other doctors, do not risk it with Dr. Kimberly Arsi.

Really a terrible experience. If you'd like to wait 40 minutes to see her, have her walk in, then say within 5 minutes, "I have to step out, I'll be back" and then have her not come back and have her nurses come in and say "Dr. Arsi is too busy right now". Than this is your doctor. She will then bill you and tell you that there is nothing she can do and that you have to pay. PLENTY OF OTHER DR'S IN THE AREA. :)
