“The store was so clean and calm (we got here as it opened). Things were well stocked and organized.It was very easy to navigate and easy to find everything we needed.The only concern was the long wait at check out. They had plenty of staff on the floor (we saw about 8 employees stocking shelves, assisting in the store), but only one cashier and our line was about 10 people.We definitely prefer this location over the Irvine location and will be back.”

“I love the fact that if the sales people are busy you can press 1 and they transfer you to the head office where someone picks up and can price and check stock at your store. They always have a large inventory and have what I need instock. I've had to purchase 2 different oddly shaped water heaters that they had at the store. The large chain stores never have odd shapes.”

I've been helped by all of the staff members, and thus far, have had nothing but positive experiences. From quick, off the shelf, parts runs, or hunting down specific and/or made to order material, this supply house has always been able to take care of me, which in turn, takes care of my customers and keeps me working! “Friedmans Appliance is simply AWESOME!I have had quite a few quality issues with my (LG Signature) appliances, but Friedmans went above and beyond to make sure I was always satisfied even though the problems with LG and not Friedmans. My salesperson, Raj, is always highly responsive, friendly and most importantly, always took care of the problems.Choosing the appliances was also an excellent experience. Raj and other salespeople are very knowledgeable, helpful and not in the least bit pushy.I will only use Friedmans in the future, I would not even consider any other distributor.”
