Two stars because I do like the techs during the week. Here is what's wrong with it: Unless you get there about an hour before they open, you will be waiting about 45 to 3 hours to get bloodwork done. Not even complicated blood work. This is true fit those of us that must fast before bloodwork. This is true during the week too. Less experienced techs seem to work on the weekend and have caused bruising from the blood draws. We get this every week. Tried them several times and each time there is a problem. Instead we go to another location in another city that has much better techs. Labcorp: please improve your service here. We have to drive twice as far because of the inferior service at this location. We have gone too many locations, at least 10 over the last two years and this one is by far your worst location.

The best LabCorp location I’ve been to and I’ve been to plenty around the state. I went in with no appointment and I needed some lab work done urgently and they got me in and out in 10 minutes.

This is my go-to location for any blood work my doctors order. The staff here is incredibly patient and kind. In the last month, I've been to their lab twice as a walk-in bright and early and both times I've had the luck of getting nurse Hasu P. Hasu calms me down before and during the process of taking my blood. She distracts me with great conversations but most importantly her hands are so light and her skills so amazing that I barely feel the prick of the needle and I never feel when she changes between tubes. It's like magic! And trust me I usually am aware of every single movement/feeling when needles and blood are involved. Thank you, Hasu! You're great!

My son had his blood drawn on 9/22/23 by a male phlebotomist and hurt him. My son got what it looks like to be phlebitis.

This was my first visit for a pre-employment drug test. Check-in was very easy. Front office staff were very helpful. A big thank you to Nemo the Tech that helped with my test. I had never done one before and he was very patient with me. Can not then him enough.

Best time to come in is right when they open. I've been here multiple times but I am hating my last visit for sure. I checked in at 9:10am. I've been here before so when i wasn't called in at around 9:50, I went up to the front counter and asked were I was in line. I wasn't mean. I asked the lady if she could tell me where i was in line bc i was there for almost an hour. Her response: "it'll be about 10min." I was called in to a room at 10:38am. Waited in the room another 15-20 min. Lady comes in and I'm done 3min after. My recommendation is come in early or expect to be there like 2 hours. I tried setting an appointment a week prior and everything was booked for the week. The annoying part: don't tell me 10min if it may be more. Id rather hear 30min more and its really 10 before I get called in. Or "im not sure bc we're busy." I understand there's a lot of ppl. I've worked in customer service. It is the fact that the lady said it so confidently. No rude people, though. Only reason they get an additional star from me.

Today I waited for one hour and I was watching my name slowly going up then when my name was in second position suddenly it disappeared and came down at bottom. When I asked the nurse what is going on, she there are 15 people ahead of you. Nurses at reception shouldn't be allowed replace your name with other person. She was very unprofessional.

I walked in this morning around 8:15 am without an appointment for lab work and was done in about 20 minutes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I hate getting blood drawn and did not feel the needle at all.

Friendly front staff lady but she quoted me all wrong. 30min wait for an actual wait of over 2hrs. Sat in the room for another 30+min. Don't be fooled when called in, it's just to sit and wait again. Clearly, I had time to really sit in the space that blood was going to be drawn from. Conclusion: uncomfortable, dirty, very very slow staff. Is there only 2 phlebotomist? With no back up. Idk. Pay better and Hire more ppl LabCorp. Phlebotomist was nice. This review is about the facility and understaffing causing dirty facility and long wait time.

I have had blood drawn at the Seal PCH Beach location, which was a positive experience, but decided to go to the closer 1703 Terminal location. I had been there once before and everything was just great. No discomfort no bruises, everyone else there is wonderful - however, the one person assigned to draw my blood is a woman named Patricia who either needs retraining or to find a different profession. Up until this last blood draw, all the caregivers have been super professional, leaving no marks on my body & causing minimal discomfort as they drew my blood. Yesterday I had to go, and had the misfortune of having blood drawn by Patricia who is loud, rude & most destructive phlebotomist I have ever experienced. first, she commented on how many tests had been ordered - absolutely unprofessional and none of her business; seemed irritated that there were more than a few. I should've asked for a different caregiver at that point, little did I know how much worse it was going to get Patricia punched my vein so hard with the needle that she left a quarter size bruise. if you are a client/patient at this particular location, avoid Patricia & do not subject yourself to this kind of physical abuse.

I hope don’t have the same person next time, we had a bad experience Christopher, Angel, and me. She was so rude. She scared my babies?
