It was my first time here and I just have to say it was nice, easy and seamless! Checking it was so quick and I was seen right away. My phlebotomist Beverly was AMAZING. I told her I was nervous and she eased my nerves right away, not to mention really good at what she does, it was literally so quick and virtually painless and she was easy to talk to which helped. Just wonderful customer service all around! The facilities were nice and clean as well. A new favorite location for me for sure!

I was told that I needed to pay $76 which I did. But then I asked for a breakdown of the $76 and was told they cannot give it me, they don’t know how to give it me, called a supervisor who told me to call a 1888 number, and that person said she can’t help me but if I wanted to file a complaint to call another number. All I was asking for was a breakdown of my charges.

The business hours say they close at 4pm. They locked the door before 4pm on 7/18/24 and did not respond to knocking. I raced from work to get there. This is not customer service.

Aja!! So sweet and awesome at her job. I came to do a walk in , check in was very fast and I was able to get my blood drawn within 10 min of being there. The other staff were also very friendly in which they greeted me and said goodbye.

Had an exceptionally positive experience at Labcorp. I went as a walk-in and was helped immediately by Andrew. He was professional, friendly and efficient. Within minutes I was having my work completed.

Went for a routine lab work at 1pm for my son with NO appointment. Checked in at the kiosk. We were called within 20 minutes after checking in. The phlebotomist was efficient and withdrew blood in one take. Usually it's difficult to find my son's veins to draw blood. The facility is clean and spacious with plenty of seats in the waiting area. The building has plenty of parking in the lot and on the street. I would recommend this facility and will return for future labs. Although an appointment is recommended, the turn around time with no appointment was acceptable.

The place is very clean. I checked in at the front desk and got called after about 10 minutes. The phlebotomist who took care of me was Melissa. She was very professional with a nice sweet smile. It took her less than 5 minutes to draw blood from me. She was really careful and feel almost no pain. I was done within 10 minutes. I am coming back if I needed another blood test.

Made an appt online. They didn't have any soon appt for the time I was looking for so I booked about 2 weeks out. I got a confirmation and was able to check in on my phone. I waited in my car when I got there and shortly received a text saying I can go inside. The entrance is on the outside of LB Blvd. The people at front were very nice and quick to get me in a room. Place was empty at 9am on a weekday. I waited in the room for about 5 minutes the phlebotomist came in and was quick attentive and very friendly. Overall a very quick and easy visit. I will def come back if I need any labwork done.

Have been going 2 or 3 times a year to this Lab Corp for about 8 years. They have always been polite, efficient and you are in and out in about 15 minutes.
